Once they got settled into their temporary home, the girls were sent off to get their essentials for school.

"I never thought we'd ever be shopping, especially for school supplies." Hyejoo said, walking behind her sisters who were both reading the list of stuff they needed.

They entered the store and were instantly greeted by a girl that had a smile that could light up the whole world.

"Hi, my name is Jiwoo, do you need help finding anything."

Yerim smiled at her brightly and handed her their list.

Jiwoo gasped as soon as she read the logo on the top of the list. "No way you're going to attend the high school here?"

Hyunjin and Hyejoo nodded while Yerim actually answered with an enthusiastic, "Yes!"

"That's great, I go to school there too. I'm a third year. What about you?"

"I'm a second year, they're first years." Hyunjin responded.

"Aw, let me know if you need any help around the school. Here I'll help you get everything you need."

Jiwoo led them around the whole store letting them pick out their notebooks and preferred pens or pencils. They each got the same backpack just different colors. Hyunjin stuck with more plain basic designs, Yerim chose all different types of designs and colors, and Hyejoo stuck with black, white, or grey, with the occasional red. Jiwoo was surprised to hear they were all sisters and that this would be their first time at a real school. She gave them educational advice and urged them to join the clubs or sports team since they should enjoy this time of their life as she always says. Once they were all paid up and ready to leave Jiwoo bid them goodbye and even exchanged numbers with Yerim.

Before walking back to the house they stopped by the hospital and visited their mother. She was still asleep, which the doctor assured is common. The girls ended up staying for a while mainly because the room had a tv. Hyunjin was sent out to get them food, which she did but not before swinging by Heejin's mother's room and leaving a cupcake she bought. She heard from Hasuel, who stopped by to check on the sisters' mom, that Heejin usually comes later in the evening. Once Hyunjin got back to her sisters she handed them their slices of pizza and sat down next to her mom. Hyunjin held her mother's hand in hers and gently rubbed her thumb in circles.

"Be strong mom, we'll be waiting for you." she whispered.

More hours passed and Hyunjin fell asleep in her chair only waking up because of someone tapping her shoulder. As Hyunjin saw who it was she straightened up and smiled.

"Hey." Heejin whispered, careful not to wake Hyunjin's sisters.

"Hey, Heej." Heejin smiled at the nickname and sat down on the chair next to Hyunjin.

"I just wanted to thank you for the cupcake."

"Ohh yeah-" Hyunjin stopped abruptly when Hyejoo who sat with Yerim on the couch across from them shifted in her sleep, "no problem." She whispered the last part chuckling after.

"How's your mom?" Heejin asks, looking over at how Hyunjin's mother slept peacefully.

"She still hasn't woken up, but the doctor told us that's common. What about your mom?"

"Good, she is slowly getting better."

Yerim stirred awake but kept still once she heard Hyunjin and Heejin's soft whispers. She didn't open her eyes and opted to just listen in. Yerim found it strange Hyunjin wasn't more upset about them having to go to school, but now Yerim gets it. Whoever this girl had to be the reason Hyunjin isn't opposed to the whole idea. Listening to her sister it was obvious Hyunjin liked this girl. Yerim sighed and stretched her arms pretending to just be waking up.
