During Kavin's few years with Thyme, Many people have noticed the closure between the two, a special bond. It was like the friendship between the two families. Kavin and Thyme's parents' had known each other ever for decades.

Thyme and Kavin have known each other for a month now,  and their mothers' met more often. Naturally, the two boys saw each other often too. it was not long before the two children became friends like their mothers. 

As months passed by, Thyme and Kavin became the closest sensation of friendship. They were almost inseparable, which made their parents happy to see their sons being close.

Thyme and Kavin's bond became deeper as well as his feelings towards Thyme. He had never felt electricity before, He only felt it when he was around his best friend but not with other people.

"Look how close the two are," said Cindy, Thyme's mother. Mari, Kavin's mother, looked at her friend and then at the two children playing in the living room.

"They're so cute together, aren't they?" Mari smiled and looked at her friend 

"I know right, It would be nice if one of them was a girl. We would have arranged marriage when they are at the right age" Cindy states

Mari laughed "This isn't something we can't decide for them"

"Are you saying that 'cause you know that our child will never be together?"

Mari shook her head "It's not like that, I mean Let's not force the two if they do not want to marry each other"

"You have a point there but I really want my child and yours to get married" she whined, making the woman beside her laugh

Mari and Cindy planned for their children to get married but when they found out that they were both going to have a son, they didn't proceed with their son's arranged marriage.

Their mothers' shipped them oftentimes and tease them for being sweet to each other, but Thyme is against it, he says he likes girls. 

When they were in middle school, Thyme was famous as well as Kavin and their two other friends MJ and Ren. Many students liked Thyme but he didn't like any of them. 

Kavin's cuteness was adored by everyone, who will meet him While Thyme was adored because of his handsomeness and perfection that everyone loves to stare at. many were mesmerized by his powerful charm, including Kavin. 

When they were around high school, Thyme had a major crush on a girl named Jane. the girl also liked him so it wasn't long before they became a couple. his mother was happy for them, but she was a bit disappointed because her ship didn't sail.

Thyme and Jane had a good relationship, they became a famous couple at their school and Kavin was happy for them but unfortunately, they broke up, Kavin didn't know how and why but he was glad they broke up.

Even though he and his girlfriend had already broken up he knew that Thyme will never be his so he tried to move on from the lad by finding a girlfriend with the help of his best friend MJ. At first, MJ was confused about why Kavin wanted to have a girlfriend now, he's glad that Kavin became like him. well not really.

"Look at Namtarn's latest Instagram post, isn't she just so hot Kavin?" MJ states as he shoved his phone into Kavin's face. MJ always liked stalking girls on social media and showing it to his friends.

Kavin didn't know how to respond, Yes Namtarn was indeed hot and famous but she wasn't his type.. well actually he doesn't like any of the girls that MJ shows, he only likes that one person which is.. you know who.

"Sure.." He lied and gave him an awkward smile and went back to doing his thing

"You're no fun." MJ rolled his eyes as he put his phone on his desk "What's wrong with you Kavin? I thought you want a girlfriend?"

"I do but- they're not my type"

"Then who do you like? Thyme?" MJ gave him a teasing smile

Kavin quickly denied "of course not!"

MJ laughed "you're so defensive ah, we should get going, the two idiots are probably waiting for us." MJ said as he stood up from his seat and walked out, Kavin just sighed and followed him. MJ already knows about his little secrets, he of course supported him but after knowing MJ started shipping the two and Ren even join in. Kavin always scolded his friend, afraid that thyme might suspect something.

MJ and Kavin arrived at the cafeteria, they realized that their two friends weren't in the cafeteria yet so they decided to find a table for them to eat and wait for Thyme and Ren to arrive. After a few minutes, Thyme and Ren finally arrived at the cafeteria.

when the two were walking toward their table, Kavin noticed that Thyme was in a different mood. he looked like he was about to burst, by the look on Ren's face he seemed to know why, when the two lads were already sitting down, Kavin didn't hesitate to ask 

"What's wrong with you Thyme? What's with the sour face?"

"Yeah, you seem to have a problem in life even if you don't have one?" MJ continued

"Jane is back and she will study here at our school" Ren stated as he crossed his arms 

"Wait- I thought she's going to study in California?" Kavin asked

"Well she seems to have changed her mind"

"Do you think he's planning something?" MJ asked

"And why did you think that?" Ren asked back

he shrugged "I don't know, maybe he wants to get back together with Thyme because he doesn't have anyone to ask for money."

Kavin looked at him confusingly "What? Jane asked Thyme for money?"

"I don't know, Why are you asking me?"

"Because you said- you know what never mind, let's eat I'm already hungry"

"Same."

After they finished eating they decided to go to their class, when they got to the study hall they sat in their perspective seat, They sat down and waited for their professor to arrive.

A/N: Lol I already finished making this chapter like weeks ago- I just forgot to post it I'm so sorry I've really busy for the past few months (IDK if I said it right lol) So I'll try to make a schedule on when I will make and post the chapter :D.
