chapter 8 - listen before i go.

"What do you mean you're leaving?!"

Thyme had already told his two friends, and it made his two friends disappointed and sad, but they couldn't do anything but just accept the situation. They were certain Thyme's father was strict and not easy to pursue. He is very strict when it comes to everything!

Ren shuts his sketchbook and looks straightly at Thyme

"What about Kavin, does he know?" He asks him but Thyme only shook his head in reply, his voice and facial expressions were calm but both knew Ren was just controlling his emotion as he didn't want to cause a fight with his friend

"What?! You already told us but not Kavin? Why?" MJ was already furious, he couldn't restrain his emotions unlike the other. He believes what is happening right now.

"I was- no I'M STILL afraid he'll be mad if he finds out. I promised I won't leave him! I...I can't just break that!" he finally replies, his words stuttering, eyes wandering around as he didn't want tears to fall from his cheeks. He wouldn't dare to see Kavin crying face, he hates it. He hates it so much that It almost hurts him to death.

If only he had a choice.

Ren, "Thyme, you're being unreasonable. Don't you think keeping it a secret will just make it worse?"

Mj groaned and rubbed his face angrily "Well technically you're already breaking your promise!" he yelled, eyes glaring at Thyme "Do you not care how Kavin will feel about this if he finds out about it? He'll know about it eventually."

"I.." Thyme paused, "I think it's better not telling him."

Ren just nods his head and got up from the chair's desk, "Thyme, you are out of your mind. Out of all people I thought you were the only one who wouldn't dare to hurt Kavin. but.. I guess I was wrong. I'll be leaving now, class is about to start." and with that, he leaves

Mj continued to glare at Thyme and left without a word, leaving Thyme alone in the cold windy place.

"I really can't believe him! Can you believe that?" Mj whispered-yelled

"MJ, If you only came to class just to complain, It's better if you just leave," Ren said quietly while he was writing notes on his paper for their exams

"C'mon Ren, not you too? We can't just let Kavin hanging, He has the right to know."

Ren placed his pen on the table and looked at Mj who was already staring back at him "I know. But it's better if Thyme should be the one to tell him. Let's give Thyme to think."

Mj just nodded his head and turns back to their teacher who was still discussing

Class finally ended, Kavin wasn't in the school the whole day, Ren thought he had seen him this morning, and the three friends were now starting to get worried.

"Maybe he fell ill?"

MJ shook his head "No, I don't think so, He'll probably tell us if he was."

Ren nodded his head in agreement "I think we should go visit his house to see if he's alright." MJ continues

"I can't I have to help Mira fix her things."

"Oh, Hoes before Bros I see?" He smirks at him but Ren just chuckles
