Rory Durnin-Adalia has a scared little sister and idiotic twin brother and two divorced parents that never knew how to show them love, leaving them completely broken. She has a broken family, and her father feeding them pureblood nonsense isn't helping their case.
The moment she befriends Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger, she finds herself pulled in life-threatening adventures and discovering a power inside her that she never knew she had before (more like a curse), and of course, she's starting to understand the meaning of love, the most magical word and power in the world.
So, now she's got a sarcastic orphan boy with anger issues, a street-smart witty redhead, and a miss know-it-all for best friends.
Also, the voices. The voices had been there always, being part of her conscience. But as years pass by, she realizes there are more than she anticipated, more that she didn't hear before.

AUTHOR'S NOTE
hey :) i really don't know what to write here jeje the harry potter world was there for me (and i think that many others can relate to) in a time which i needed it the most. every time i read a harry potter book i was welcomed into a world that i felt as home and due to that i never felt alone. i imagined myself part of the golden trio's gang, getting into adventures (trouble) and that's why i decided to write this story. but in the future, i will have different stories that drift away from theirs.
it's like a part on me in the hp universe. i was making it as more of a comfort book than anything else that's why it's going to follow the adventures of the trio (golden four i guess now) a lot, but still, i have added a twist.
1. the harry potter world does not belong to me (sadly), it belongs to j.k rowling (and i don't agree with this woman btw) - harry potter made me feel safe and i'm not letting this woman wreck it for anybody. 2. i only own the durnins and the adalias and their backstories. 3. btw many people won't understand, but the 'voices' are the comments in () as it's all happening in rory's head and well, i'll explain it better in the future i hope (future me?). 4. love more and enjoy!
