After a few minutes of rummaging around in his closet, Charles finds what he was looking for. A small, but sturdy wooden cage. The cage had a metal lock, witch a person would need a key to open; from the outside.
Charles gave a hum of satisfaction as he took the cage into his hands before wandering over to his dresser. From the top drawer he takes three clean handkerchiefs. He lines the bottom of the cage with two of them before putting in the third one so his human pet could have a little bit of comfort.
Charles then walks back over to the bed to put frankie gently in the cage. He makes sure the cage is locked tight before putting said cage on his nightstand. He puts the key in the nightstand drawer before he sits on his bed to wait for Frankie to awake.
It took three hours for Frankie to awake, much to Charles' annoyance. Frankie grumbled as they woke up, snuggling into the giant cloth. They hoped meeting the beast was just a dream and not their current reality.
"I'm glad too see my pet is awake!" Charles thundered with relief in his voice. Frankie tenses at it though, and hides there body under the hankie they had snuggled into earlier. Charles frowns as he fishes the key out of the nightstand drawer.
"Now none of that. My pets need to be social." The giant scolded the frightened human as he unlocked the cage and fished frankie out. Charles head frankie in a cupped hand, much to Frankie's displeasure.
"Now my gorgeous, golden pet, what is your name? Mine is Charles." He asked as he gingerly petted the top of Frankie's head with a single finger.
Frankie swatted the finger away, finding their courage once again they snapped at Charles. "Wouldn't you like to know?! I'm not your pet to be pushed around. I won't do tricks for you so you may as well free me."
Charles frowned deeply at his disobedient pet and growled a threat lowly to them. "You will tell me your name, or I'll stick you in the sink while I do the dishes, and you are my pet weither you like it or not!"
Frankie couldnt help but shrink against the giants fingers in an attempt to get away at the threat. Seeing no other choice they begrudgingly say "My name is Frankie, but I may or may not respond to it if you call me."
Charles huffs in annoyance, both at Frankie's name being somewhat gender neutral, and at Frankie's snark.
"Frankie, that name doesn't help me identify your gender. You have long hair like a female, but you're in a suit like a Male." Charles grumbles, going off basic stereotypes. "Witch one are you?" He questioned.
"I'm neither and both" the human snarked and crosses their
arms over their chest, a gesture they did alot. "I'm not a He or She. I'm a They."
Charles didn't quite like the response he was given, but he'd respect it, somewhat.
