Dean packed three fireplace pokers and cans of salt in a duffel bag.
"Where do we even get a gun?" Dean asked.
Sam shrugged. "Gun store?"
"Isn't there a waiting period, though?" I asked.
Sam nodded. "I think so."
Dean shook his head. "Well, how in the hell...?"
Sam shook his head. "I don't know. Seems pretty impossible, honestly."
Dean nodded. "Right."
Then we walked back over to the video and started watching it again.
"The aforementioned super-annoying Winchester douche-nozzles also taught us this one other thing," Ed said.
"Wow, they really hate these guys," I said.
"You have to burn the remains," Ed said.
Harry nodded. "Okay, this next part gets a little gross. Sometimes you might have to dig up the body. Sorry."
Ed shrugged. "It's illegal in some states."
Harry nodded. "All states."
Ed shrugged. "Possibly, all states."
"Sandover was cremated," Sam said.
"What?" Dean asked and shook his head. "So, what do we do now?"
"Now, if the deceased has been cremated," Harry said.
I nudged Dean. "Here you go."
"Don't panic," Ed said.
Harry shook his head. "Don't panic."
"Just gotta look for some other remains," Ed said.
"A hair in a locket, maybe." Harry shrugged. "Fingernails. Baby teeth."
"Milk teeth," Ed said.
The three of us exchanged a look, having no idea what they were talking about.
"Genetic material. You know what we're talking about," Harry said.
Ed nodded. "Go find it."
"Fight well, young lions," Harry said.
Ed nodded. "Godspeed."

Sam and Dean decided that it would be safer for me to go home, while they went to check out Sandover. Plus, it was after hours, and they figured they would have a better chance of getting out of trouble than I would.
So, they dropped me off in a nice neighborhood a couple blocks down from my house. I didn't want them to see where I really lived, so when they drove away, I cut through some backyards and walked up to my house a few minutes later.
I walked in and found my mom and some random guy, laughing and dancing in the middle of the living room, each one holding a bottle of booze in their hand. She had completely moved all of the furniture to the edge of the room, so the center was completely empty.
She looked over at me and smiled. "Baby!" she slurred and ran over to me, wrapping her arm and the bottle around me. "Come dance with us!"
"I'm good," I said and turned to walk toward my room.
She grabbed my arm and pulled me into her. "Just dance, baby!"
I pushed her off of me. "I said, I'm good. I have to get up early tomorrow." I turned to walk away again.
