JENNIE POV
Jungkook later told us what happened after Chae went in and how she was afraid of things happening to us.
Honestly, we were all afraid, not only because of ARMYs but Blinks too. I mean some fans, some not all, can go very far for us, the amount of far they shouldn't go. Seriously like you guys should understand about our lives too. We don't go around and be the divas, we gotta work for it. And our companies make us work really hard with so many restrictions.
Sometimes I wish I was a normal person, not an Idol.
I was out alone after a lot of days and just walking in the streets enjoying peacefulness. It was 10 p.m and I was just out to clear my head and get some fresh night air.
I saw a couple kissing in a dark alley in my right and suddenly felt lonely and sad. All this with Yoongi was pretending and soon it would be over. I would never be able to experience what real love meant. He doesn't even take me seriously. I shook these thoughts off my mind and started walking again. I entered the Library which was still open and started to look at the books in the Psychology section. As I was looking I bumped into someone and all the books fell from his hands.
"Mianhae" I quickly said and started picking them up and while handing them to him I noticed he was staring at me.
"Je-Jennie," he said and that was enough for me to recognize the voice.
"Yoongi" I sighed. "Go on tell me about my clumsy nature, again ."
"Hey, I apologized that day for that ."
"Yeah, okay"
"What are you doing here ?"
"Nothing just wanted to relieve my mind ."
"Ohh! Hey wanna walk, I am finished up here, just keeping the books ."
"Okay".
YOONGI POV
"Okay," she said.
My mind rejoiced itself!
"Let's go," I said keeping the last book and we went outside. As we passed by we saw a couple on the left, kissing.
Jennie chuckled.
"What's up, why are you laughing ?" I asked surprised. Honestly, a kissing couple does not make me laugh.
She looked ahead and said, " They are kissing for a long time like when I went to the library, from then ....... wander what else will they do !"
She just said what? I looked at her with rounded eyes and she noticed my reaction.
"What ?" She said. " You thought I was pure? " Then she started grinning and I noticed the gummy smile something that I have too and I started grinning, muttering a "wow".
Suddenly rain started pouring and we ran towards our house. I held her hand and we were running and it felt so childish that we both laughed as we ran. Her laughter was so melodious echoing through the streets and she looked so pretty drenched in the rain.
Suddenly I had the craziest idea. I pulled onto her hand in front of a dark subway and just placed my lips into hers. It was not a forceful kiss just a soft one, the one that gives butterflies in your stomach. She didn't respond and I quickly pulled off and started scratching the back of my head.
JENNIE POV
He was kissing me. Oh my god! But I was too late. I was so shocked that I didn't respond to his kiss.
He pulled off and started blabbering, " Jennie I am so sorry, I didn't know why I did it, it's just that you and the rain it was - "
But before he could finish I shut him up with another kiss. To this, he responded and I felt him smiling through the kiss.
"You talk too much," I said in between the kiss.
As I pulled out he chuckled " Couldn't resist me huh?" And I raised an eyebrow and started to walk away.
"Jennie" he whined, "I like you, I really do".
"I like you too pabo !" I replied.
"So you wanna turn this fake thing real? No one will understand anyway ."
"Let's do it, for now ." I instantly replied.
We were smiling at each other, there on the empty road, in the rain, all drenched.
So this is what love feels like - a real one. I haven't felt this for long since I broke up with Kai. But I don't wanna ruin this moment by thinking about him. We slowly walked home hand in hand as if mine was made for his.
