21st March 2021; Jk's apartment; Night

JUNGKOOK POV

I was in my apartment alone. Everyone got this week off and the girls were told to visit the boys and be seen by the camera that they leave in the morning. So here I was waiting for Chaeyoung (noona)?! Jin hyung adds cooked food for me and Chaeyoung. I was becoming a little impatient as the smell of the food was spreading more and more through the whole apartment.

Soon I heard the bell ring and I opened it to see her standing there and asked her to come in. This was our first time alone, well after the fan meeting incident. She kept her bag and went to the glass balcony to stand. The atmosphere was awkward and tense as if both of us what trying to reach out to each other but there was a thin sheet of glass that needed to be broken something that seems far-fetched for the both of us.

I sighed as I took the controller and the headphone started to play games. Occasionally I glanced at her just to see her still standing and looking out. But the fifth or sixth time I glanced I saw her crying softly. She was shaking a bit and holding the glass pane. I closed the game hurriedly and went up to her. I didn't need to ask that what was wrong, I already knew it.

It was these pretentious fan stuff that was killing her. It was killing me too. But she let out her emotions which was I too afraid to show. I gently back-hugged and was surprised she jumped a little.

"Ah-Jungkook ah , mianhae !" She said .

"Nothing to be sorry off, it's okay ", I said as a gently caressed off a tear from her soft, chubby cheeks.

She wiped her eyes and we ate. After cleaning up I said, "Let's watch a movie ".

"Okay "she replied.

"Do you want to watch, your choice !" I tossed the remote to her as we went to my bedroom to the smart TV. She thought intently for moments and typed 'The Greatest Showman'. It instantly came up and she pressed play as they both settled under the duvet maintaining a suitable distance between us. After some time I could feel her leaning on me. Turning my head I saw she fell asleep and was slowly losing balance and to rest her head I slowly crept beside her and put my arms around her waist as she kept her head on my chest. She snuggled up closer to me still sleeping as I finished the rest of the movie. Then I noticed she did not change her clothes and clearly was uncomfortable.

But what should I do, I thought. I took out one of my oversized T-shirts and a pair of shorts from my closet.

Oh God, I can't see her in her underwear. I thought of another way. I close my eyes as I opened her clothes and put on mine on her. Then I open my eyes slightly and saw it was alright. Then I tucked her in the covers and went to sleep beside her. I knew I was a restless sleeper but didn't know we would turn out like that in the morning.

CHAEYOUNG POV

I slowly shifted as a light ray of sun on my face and instantly felt a pair of strong hands tugged around my waist making me unable to get up. Then I noticed I had my hands clutching his shirt which was a bit open letting me touch his toned bare chest. My face was in the crook of his neck as I snuggled up closer enjoying the warmth my boyfriend was radiating.

WAIT UP! I DON'T HAVE A BOYFRIEND!!

I shot my eyes open I saw Jungkook and immediately felt uncomfortable. He was sleeping so peacefully his skin flawless against the sunlight, I slowly tried to writhe out. But he was way too strong and pulled me closer groaning.

I know Jungkook - ah, I also don't want this to end. So I decided to keep it like that and pretended to be asleep. God his smell is heavenly!

A few moments later I heard him shift beside me and knew he was awake.

Okay, what's he gonna do now, maybe he will just retreat himself. But no ! Instead of doing that he gently caressed my cheek and placed a soft kiss on my forehead. His lips, that touch, my forehead, oh gosh, they are so soft like a touch of a feather. I couldn't help but sigh dreamily knowing that he had a small smile tugged in the corner of his lips.

I didn't even have to open my eyes to know that he was staring at my lips and licking his own. I felt him come closer, his breath slowly fanning my face and I held my breath to wait for the next thing to happen.

But before it could, I opened my eyes. We stared at each other for a split second before he cupped my cheeks and pulled me into the kiss. As we kissed I felt the reality dissolve into fantasy as if we were the only two people living in that moment.
