I just realised I spelt the last chapter as 'Quiestioning', I hope none of you noticed XD

Place your bets on what Bucciarati is going to say to (y/n)...

Also I know that in the last chapter I indicated that the reader probably isn't straight, honestly thinking about it I'd prefer not to go into sexuality too much so that the story stays open. That being said it's easier for me to write how I feel. I will continue to write from an open POV but I won't write it in a way that forces the reader to agree if that makes sense?

If you don't like women in that way please try to read it in a purely platonic way, admitting that another woman is beautiful or attractive doesn't have to be romantic or sexual :)

^i just wanted to clear that up in case anyone didn't like the previous part.

I'm listening to 5SOS for this because they make me feel nostalgic and happy ^_^

'Your heart sank. You looked pleadingly towards Abbacchio who just shook his head and patted your shoulder.

'Twice in one day...... I have no luck...', you thought miserably, as you followed Bucciarati into the room.

The door made an ominous clunk behind you as it shut.'

Bucciarati was sat down in a large armchair. When he saw you had followed he gestured to the one next to him.

To your relief he didn't look as if he was angry at you, in fact he almost looked nervous. You walked over to the seat and sat down. His eyes followed you.

"What is it you want to discuss...?" You asked. The thought of him being nervous made you feel anxious. What could be so bad that it was making Bucciarati like this.

He looked you in the eyes, "I'm going to be honest (y/n), I don't know how to go about this...I can imagine you feel a little scared..." He trailed off.

'Oh god...' This was much more nerve wracking than you had expected.

"What are you talking about, Bucciarati...?" You asked, your whole body was tense now with anxiety.

He moved his chair closer to yours, in a comforting manner. Reaching out, he rested his hand gently on your knee.

Now you were scared. It was bad enough before, but what could possibly be this bad?

"It's alright, (y/n). There's nothing to be afraid of. I'll make sure nobody hurts you, so please be honest with me..." He lifted up your hand and wrapped it in his larger ones.

You felt embarrassed, he was so close, and acting so nicely. It couldn't be...

'A love confession???' You started mentally panicking, no one had ever confessed their love to you before. You'd had a few partners and occasionally someone admitting they had feelings for you...

'But a LOVE CONFESSION???' The thought of someone holding such a strong emotion for you was petrifying; suffocating.

'How do I turn him down...without impacting work?' You were so scared you hadn't heard what he had said.

You looked at him, a bit dazed.
