When Kokichi isn't being a phantom thief he brings D.I.C.E to hospitals to cheer up the patients by being clowns, they make balloon animals, juggle, fake getting hurt, spray each other, throw pies at each other, almost anything to cheer up patients.
They mainly work in the children's ward but they'll go to any if a nurse tells them a patient is sad.
