Let Me Go: Zack x Reader

Plot: Y/N breaks up with Zack by writing a letter to him.

As team red got back from Mexico, Zack ran upstairs and into Zack and y/n's shared room. "Hey y/n I'm back"! He declared. There was no sign of y/n except a paper and a cellphone on the bed. He grabbed the paper and started to read:

Dear Zack,

You are the most wonderful guy I've ever met. You see me more as a human then an object. You are the goofiest and most caring person on this planet. But, being with you came with a price. You don't know this about me but I'm part of an organization called SOMBRA. I can't give you all the full details about them, knowing the consequences of doing so. This gives me great sadness in my heart, but we need to stop seeing each other. I put you in so much danger, and seeing you in the hospital the other week, felt like a painful stab to the heart. So in order for you and the others to be out of harms way, is for me to leave the team. Please don't try to find me. Just let me go. It will put everyone at risk. And Zack, please know that your a really nice guy. And you deserve to find someone who fully love you just the way you are.

Y/N sobbed as she wrote the letter, leaving some tear stains onto the paper. She didn't want to breakup with him, but she has no choice. She put him in danger, and it almost killed him. She loves him so much, and wished things were different. As she finished the letter, she left it on their shared bed. She grabbed her things and ran off into the night, leaving nothing but her cellphone behind.

Zack's tears fell onto the paper as he started to cry. He felt his heart break into a million pieces. "Bro? Are you okay? Where's y/n"? Ivy asks him. "She gone? She left me with no clues on where she is". Said Zack. "What? Player! Track her phone"! Said Carmen. "Don't even try, her phone is here". He says giving it to Carmen. "I'm so sorry Zack"! Said Ivy. Zack cries on his sister's shoulders, letting the pain take over him. Carmen and Shadowsan hugged him, trying to pick up the fallen pieces of his heart.

Meanwhile...

Y/N got off the train and head towards a casino. She heads towards the bar where her boss is waiting. "Do you have it"? He asks her. She put the duffle bag on the table. "It's all there". She says. He unzips the bag revealing all of the money Carmen stole back from VILE. "Thank you for your service". He says. "Anything for you El Ray". Said Y/N. "Your transportation awaits you". He says giving her a train ticket. She takes the ticket and waits for the train. A tear ran down her face, thinking about Zack and the others. She wipes it off as her train arrives. As she got on, she let sleep take her over, letting the train take her to an unknown destination.
