Izuku Midoriya is currently jumping in excitement about what his quirk was. He had just got into the car after jumping on his mother's bed.

Time skip.
We see our adorable little cinnamon roll waiting for his turn at the quirk doctors.
Speaker: Could the Midoriya's go to room 5.
As Izuku heard this, he jumped up and ran to room 5 ahead of his mother.
Inko: *panting* Izu..Izuku don't run off like that.
Deku: Ok. Sorry Mom.

Time skip.
Doctor: Hello ther you two. I have fantastic news.
Deku starts beaming with happiness.
Doctor: It seems your son has not only one but 2 SS rank quirks. They are*explanation in previous chapter*
Izuku starts jumping with happiness.

Time skip
Izuku: Kacchan.
Bakugo: What is it? Got your quirk yet?
Izuku: No, not yet but the doctor said u have 2 SS rank quirks.
Bakugo: Woah! What are they?
Izuku: Well, they are OD...
Deku gets cut off as ODM gear spawns on his side with a scout uniform and he starts flying.

As he stops himself from hurting himself every more, yellow electricity sparks from him and thunder hits him.
Teacher: What was that Bakugo? Wheres Izuku.
Just as she said that, a loud roar was heard and a beast with green hair and a six pack with freckles was seen.
It then went on a rampage. No heroes could stop it.

Time skip. 1 hour later.
The beast drops to the ground and starts steaming. All the heroes were on edge to see who the villain was. They then saw a green haired, 4 year old boy emerge unconscious from the body. The heroes then understood that the boy just got his quirk. The heroes were informed that a child knew who the other mystery child was.
All Might: Young one. May I know what happened here?
Bakugou: *with a scared face* He.. He had some equipment form around him and started flying out of control. H.. He then stopped with a lot of blood and cuts and started glowing and did the carnage.
All Might: Thank you young one. Now, may I know his name?
Bakugo: Izuku... Izuku Midoriya.
???: That is incorrect.
All Might: Who are you?
???: Eren Yeager. This boys REAL father.
