Not So Innocent (Severus Snape x Reader)

𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘨𝘰𝘵 𝘶𝘱 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘥, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘸𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘵𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺, 𝘢 𝘣𝘶𝘵𝘵𝘰𝘯-𝘶𝘱 𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘳𝘵, 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘣𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘫𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘨𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘢 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘦. 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘢𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘥𝘰𝘳𝘮, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧.

You decided to colour your hair black with the same white ombre. You put on some neutral makeup and lip balm in case you and the Professor get a little too out of hand. Then you stood up from your vanity table and walked over to your dorm door. 

You got out and headed straight to Madam Pomfrey in the infirmary, you had to have your therapy for your cancer today. As you entered the infirmary you greeted "Morning Madam Pomfrey." - you said in a low voice. She nodded her head and brought you over to a special chamber where she did the therapy for you. 

You felt better, but you knew you had to do it for another month for your lungs to heal correctly. "Now dear, I need you to drink this, it's a potion which will also help your lungs, it was made especially for you by Professor Snape." 

You felt your cheeks warm up as you heard her mention his name. "Thank you Madam Pomfrey." - you said as you walked over to the door to the infirmary and exited the hospital wing. You walked down the hall to be greeted by Harry. "Hello L/n." - he said, you tilted your head and gave him your usual response. 

"Hello, Potter." - he smiled at you, "What are you doing this afternoon?" - he asked, and you took a deep breath. "I have detention after class, and I can't go anywhere Potter." - you said as you two reached the Great Hall and entered, keeping your head high and walking to your table, while Potter went to his. 

You looked over at the Professors' table and saw Snape smile at you as you held his potion in your hands. 

'Thank you Professor.' - you mouthed and smiled as you walked to your seat at the house table and sat down. "Morning Y/n." - said your sister Delilah. "Morning Delilah." - you smiled at her as you ate and talked. Soon enough however you felt a pat on your back. You turned around to see it was Harry Potter himself. 

"Oh, hi again Potter." - you smiled at him, you felt slightly nervous. "I was wondering when we'll go on that date, or well if you'd still want to go." - you sighed, you weren't sure how to respond to his constant questioning and how he was so persistent about dating you and you giving him a chance. 

"Potter, have you taken a look at Ginerva? She's had a crush on you ever since first grade. Give her a chance, I think you'll find out you have many things in common compared to you and me." - he nodded and pecked your cheek. 

You had whispered these words so that only he could hear, he hugged you before he left back to his table, and you heard him faintly whisper in your ear as he hugged you "I will still forever love you, even if you don't love me back." - he said, it reminded you of someone or at least you thought it did.
