Quick disclaimer: Its a different writing style from before cus my friend edited this chapter. Honestly, I say she did a good. There are some mistakes here and there, but nobody perfect.
The Midoriya family were on their way to check what kind of quirks their two youngest kids would get. Nico was the first to speak in the usually rowdy car, her words buzzing with excitement as she turned to face her twin, "What kind of quirks do you think we'll get?"
"Hopefully its strong and awesome just like big bro!" Izuku spoke with excitement, some nervousness could be heard in his voice "No matter what you kids' quirk is, just know that me and your mother are proud of you, no quirk is a bad quirk." Yagi was confident, more so then he usually was (not that it was much in the first place) he was proud of his kids, but nervous at the same time. What if they took after him and was quirkless?
Inko reached her hand to touch Yagis shoulder, silently comforting him as the car became rowdy with the families usual shenanigans.
The car stopped and Inko got out of the car, excitment rolling off her in waves, "All right, we're here kids!" They walked into the hospital and registered themselves in, After registering, they were told to sit in the lounge.
Although there weren't many people or families, it still took about two hours to get called up.
"Midoriya family, The doctor will see you now." They got up and walked towards the doctors office, On the way there, Izuku and Nico were looking around. They saw lots of doors, each one probably had a kids finding out their quirks, just like they were, without a second thought they excitedly rushed to the doctors room. Their parents and siblings worriedly calling out to them while apologizing to various strangers they had bumped into.
The doctor saw them and instantly dashed to put some papers away.
The rest of the family soon arrived, looking a bit out of breath and after scolding the twins, they all sat down.
"What are their quirks doctor?" Inko asked, still a bit exasperated at her children's antics. The doctor spoke of Nico first.
"Your daughter has a very powerful quirk, it will allow her to turn any part of her body into diamond, it's suspected that she can turn entirely diamond."
Nico was excited to hear this and cheered. Inko smiled at her child, pulling her in for a hug.
"Well what do you what to name your quirk sweetie?" Nico spoke with some thought and questioning in her voice "I wanna name it..."
"Ooh I know, I wanna name it Kira!" Inko smiled and nodded. It was a strange quirk name Inko thought, and turned to the doctor, letting her daughter go as she fully faced the doctor.
"Well what about my son?" The doctor had pity written all over his face, his eyes held sorrow as he started, "Im afraid...That your son doesn't have a quirk."
Izuku froze hearing those words, It kept repeating in his head over, and over, and over again. 'Doesn't have a quirk.' Those words were like trains smashing together in his head..How was he going to be a hero? How does he save people without a quirk?
...
Does he even have a chance at being a hero...?
Bolt noticed that Izuku was about to cry and patted his head, Izuku looked up at Bolt with teary eyes.
"Hey, dont worry Izu, Im sure that even without a quirk, you'll grow to be an excellent hero." Izuku wiped away his tears and nodded determination filling his voice.
"Your right, I will be a great hero! I'll just have to work harder than anyone else!"
And with that, they all rode the car home in silence.
