It was my day off so I could have easily slept a bit more but after the previous day, the rumours that had spread I just couldn't help but feel tensed. I knew that although Pavel cleared everything out publicly but still there were rumours spreading continuously.
I rolled from one side of my bed to another. I couldn't relax. All these years I had cut all ties with Joong and had tried my best to be hidden from him but all of a sudden this news. I just hoped that Joong didn't see it.
"What if he sees it? He has probably moved on completely from you dumb. Maybe he will not even try to find you out" I told myself.
I finally sat up tired of trying to sleep when it was really not coming. I had to go with Pavel afterwards. He has requested or rather begged me to accompany him to the airport to pick up his friend.
I was ready 5 mins before the time he said he would come to pick me up. Just at 10 sharp there was a knock on the door. Punctual huh! Impressive! I thought opening the door.
He was wearing a navy blue shirt with white pants. Although in my eyes my Mr. Handsome was the most handsome person on Earth but the guy standing in front of me can also be considered handsome.
"Let me give you an offer. Leave your work and just be a model. I mean look at you. You are a perfect model material." He said eyeing me from top to bottom. I just rolled my eyes as a response.
The whole ride was not at all silent this time as he kept on talking the whole time - about his work pressures, his co-actors, even some car model names he wanted to buy. I just sat silently nodding sometimes but mainly focusing on my nails or my phone or even sometimes at my shoes.
After reaching the airport which felt like forever we walked to the gate to meet Pavel's friend. I noticed some people snapping our pictures. I looked at Pavel who seemed comfortable enough. He was used to it.
"Look over there my friend Dome" Pavel said excitedly pointing at a distance.
I was about to look at the direction he was pointing at when he completed his sentence. "And Joong."
