(Okay so I know it's been like forever, sorry guys, but I just wanted to say this is mostly jut a filler chapter cuz I rly needed to just expand on the whole Britney/Kylie relationship thing.) (btw this is like hella short so I'll try to update soon)
I tap my fingers impatiently on the school secretary's desk, waiting for my class list. The middle aged women was off who knows where talking to the principle. I glance at the time on my phone. It's been ten minutes and she's still not back.
I sigh and lean against the pale beige wall of the office. My heart nearly stops when I see Britney walk in, her blood red stilettos clicking on the tiled floor. I immediately stiffen and put my guard up.
I'm relieved when she barely spares me a glance before walking over to the other secretary's desk and starts chatting. I watch there exchange closely . It sounds like Britney wants class transfer forms.
Her voice suddenly raises into a shout. "You don't understand! I am NOT being in the same class as that stupid whore!" She whirls around and points at me, her eyes swirl with anger.
I push off the wall and cross my arms. "Excuse me?"
The secretary jumps to her feet. "Britney go back to class!"
Britney doesn't break eye contact with me. It's a staring contest. A battle of the wits. Who will be the first one to break?
Minutes seem to tick by but only seconds pass. Finally, in the end, it's her. She spins around and glares at the secretary who is now threatening threatening detention if Britney doesn't head back to class.
Without another word she angrily stomps out of the office.
The flustered secretary smile apologetically. "I'm sorry sweetie... Britney's just..." She trails off and shrugs. "I'm guessing your waiting for your class list right?"
I raise my eyebrows. "Mmhmm"
The secretary suddenly reaches over to where my missing secretary was sitting and picks up a sheet of paper. "Ah, here it is. Doreen must have forgotten she had it" She laughed and handed me the list.
I reached out with out smiling and took the list. "Oh yeah, funny."
The secretary's bad excuse for a smile fell off her face. "Sorry about the wait," she tried to apologize, clearly picking up on my attitude. "Have a nice day!"
I turned on my heel and stalked out of the office. "I doubt it."
