A/N: before I begin this chapter I thought I might clear up some things about the fight between Bakugou and Izuku.
Despite them being superpowered teens they still have limits, I'm sure everyone knows this, but also remember that Bakugou's blasts are strong enough to make a group of falling stone into nothing but pebbles, the force behind that has to be very powerful. Bakugou both a long-range and close-range fighter, which makes him dangerous. We are talking about the same kid who was able to move quickly like he was wearing 3D gear.
(SPOILERS!) might I even remind some of you that Bakugou's body was strong enough to handle One for All.
I don't like him much, but I will respect him for his skill.
Also, Izuku had only two weeks to get control of his power, that a short amount of time he had to even unlock that, he only opened that amount and had little time to actually perfect what he had. Think about it like this: When someone gains new powers or a new level of their power they have to train it in order to properly use it. Izuku didn't have so much time to actually train 30% of his power but only was able to gain minor control of it as well as 25% of it.
After all, Izuku can't be to OP in this story (despite what I have Planned) Even Iida, Bakugou, Todoroki, have limits.

Izuku woke up but he found himself in an unfamiliar place. it was black
"Where am I!?" He cried out
Audrey a door appeared in front of the boy and Izuku was a little hesitant about opening the door, but he decided to go for it, whatever was on the other side couldn't be that bad... Right?
He opened the door and walked through it only to see... A living room?
'ok, I was not expecting this' Izuku thought
Sitting on the couch was a young woman who wore a dark, sleeveless bodysuit with a high collar, yellow elbow-length gloves, and white knee-high boots. Around her waist was a belt with an angular golden buckle, a small cape attached around the back which hung down to her knees, and over her shoulders was a longer cape, buttoned to the shoulders of her bodysuit. Currently, she was watching... was that an episode of the office?
"Um... Excuse me?" Izuku called out
The woman looked over to Izuku and after a few minutes she jumped off the couch and ran over to him
"Oh my gosh! You're finally here! Hold up Let me get the others!" She cried
"I'm already here Nana," Said a bald man
this man was Muscular and had a wide build. He had a short beard on his face and he wore dark leather jacket, pants, and boots, however, he wore no shirt so Izuku could see his chest, he also wore a pair of goggles and a bandolier.
"Oi, what's all the noise about?" Asked another man
This man had a slim figure, light grey hair, he wore a light khaki jacket and black pants with a pair of brown shoes. he also had two scar lines going down his left eye and stopping down his lower lip.
"Yo, Shikiken! go get the others! The kids here!" The woman, Now known as Nana, said
The man, now known as Shikiken sighed, "Nana, you know as well as us that the three of us are supposed to talk to the kid before the others do"
