Chapter 10: Be the best!

Currently, in his apartment, Gran Tarino was enjoying another plate full of Ketchup and sausages until the door rang. He knew this was coming and he knew who was on the other side of the door, after all, He had seen just how much the kids did during the sports festival. He got up and headed to the door. As he walked to the door, he knew he was going to have a headache, not just because he would have to babysit Izuku but he would also have to babysit another one of his classmates. As he opened the door, there stood the problem child and his friend, who had red spikey hair and sharp shark-like teeth

"Hello Gran Tarino" Izuku greeted

"Problem Child" Gran Tarino greeted, "and who's your friend?"

"This is-"

"I'm Ejirio Kirishima Sir" Kirishima said "It's nice to meet you"

Gran Tarino smiled and looked to Izuku, "Did you tell him what he was in for?"

Izuku shook a little, "Um... not really, he said he didn't want anything spoiled" Izuku said with a shaky voice

Gran Tarino smile, "Alright then, Both of you get changed and then follow me, I'll be taking you to the same place I trained Toshinori," He told them "Before you do that though, I wanna have a private chat with you," he told Izuku

Kirishima nodded, "I'll wait outside then," He said

Izuku entered the house and Kirishima waited outside as Gran Tarino and Izuku talked.

"So, you somehow talked to Nana huh?" He asked

Izuku nodded, "yeah" Izuku replied

Gran Tarino smiled a bit, "Well, I got most of the information from Toshinori as well, however, I will also tell you that Nana herself had never really spoken to any of the past users nor has Toshinori, so whatever this means, One for All must think your special if you gonna inherit all these quirks"

Izuku nodded, "I thought as much when All-Might looked stunned when I told him I talked to some of the previous users"

"Right now, we also need to focus on you awakening one of the three quirks you mentioned, Nana's float, the 5th's quirk, and the 4th's quirk"

Izuku nodded, "Actually, there's something that's been bugging me about this whole new quirk situation"

Gran Tarino already knew what the kid was worried about, after all, he too had the same thought, "I know what you worried about and truth be told, I am worried about it too, however..."

"What is it?"

"The more quirks you gain, the more people will get suspicious, which is why at one point in time, we would need to tell people," Gran Torino told him

"Are you sure!?" Izuku cried

Gran Tarino nodded, "Yes, but we don't just tell everybody just yet, first, we need to tell people that you can trust" Gran Torino replied, "can you trust the Kirishima Boy?"

Izuku thought about it, he never really hung out with Kirishima, but Izuku could tell what kind of person Kirishima was, and truth be told if anyone was to get One For All from him, it was Kirishima.

"I do, but we should wait until I get your thoughts about him"

Gran Tarino smiled, "Good call, bring the kid and let's get started"

Izuku could already feel his legs shaking as Gran Tarino said that, 'I hope everyone else is doing alright!' Izuku thought
