Chapter 2: first day

**lauras pov**

Woken up
by the loud thuds of my brothers running around the house getting ready for their first day at school.I really didn't want to get up,when my mom barged through my bedroom door
"Laura get up,your going to be late,I'll drop you off today but your going to have to walk the rest of the week I have to be at work for 6am"
I grunted
"Also you'll have to walk the boys.there school is like on the same road as yours"
and with that said she rushed out my room and back down stairs.I got up and went to my mirror a huffed.
"Laura your going to be fine" I said to my self before whacking on my make up out of its bag and on the table,foundation,blusher,eyebrows,mascara and the last touch was some clear lip gloss.i put my hair up into a messy ponytail,which actually looked nice for once.
I pulled up my torn blue skinny jeans and put my black nirvana top on and to finish my black converse.i really wasn't going to put effort in with my clothes,it was my last year I wanted to get through it alive and not really stick out even though I was going to be "the new girl" I said out loud as I stated into the mirror

*beep beep*
That's Mom basically telling me to hurry.i rushed down the stairs out the front door slamming it behind me and hopped in the front seat.I instantly put my head phones in and started jamming to my tunes but before you knew it Mom had dropped the boys off and she was parked out side of Alton high.
"Have fun sweetie here is some money for dinner and if you need any books ect.."
I stepped out the car slamming the door and looked at the massive building that stood in front of me,loads of students walking in and out and hanging around.

"I love you" my mom shouted before driving off.I took a big deep breath and walked in to the building,looking around it was just like any other high school. I saw the sign for main reception and walked up
"Hello I'm new i...."
Cut off by this rude reception woman who was giving me evils
"First door on the right is where you need to be they will help you in there"
She pointed down this long hall way to her right. I quickly proceed to where her directions said.Knocking the door before walking in, a man opened the door and welcomed me in "you must be Laura"
Well nahhhh who do I look like the queen of England? is all I thought.i really didn't want to be here. "Yes that is me"
"I'm the head Mr Rolland i have set up a buddy to help guide you round school she should be here in a second" he said handing me my papers.
And with that the door swung open and in came this girl with long curly ginger hair.She was so pretty. "Hey I'm Lidia" "Laura" I said shaking her hand
"Come on then wouldn't want to be late for first lesson" she grabbed my wrist and tugged me out the door
"I only said that in front of him hahaha first is science and I hate science" her tone of voice had gone from preppy to a more cool,laid back tone.I liked it, I think I'm going to get along with her.Her dress sense was just like mine too.She had black doc martins on with some ripped shorts and a Rolling Stones vest top on, to be honest she was pretty hot,if I was lesbian I'd soon have a crush on her.
The bell rang and with that we walked into our first lesson science.i was hoping I'd get to sit with Lidia but I had to wait at the front to talk to my teacher.Every one started piling in and feeling up the seats and just like in a movie in comes him,in slow motion perfectness with that same cheeky smirk he always used to have smacked on his face.I immediately turned my back to the class pretending to look at some paper,hoping he hadn't noticed me.

What was he doing here?
What was I going to do?
This day just got 10x worse!
