"Hey! You look happy today!" my dad told me as he sat on our table to eat breakfast. "Yeah... I gained a friend." I beamed. "That's nice. Sino naman?" he asked me. We were interrupted by a car horn. "That's your service!" mom gave us our bags and we already went in the car.
That day was a relieving day. Though they still gave me that masamang tingin every time I walk pass them, I feel lighter. Maybe because Ernest and I talked again? Or... Maybe because Ron and I were having a much deeper friendship? Whatever.
"Hey!" I walked to my friends. They all grinned when they saw me. "Aaawe!" then they all hugged me tightly. "What is it? Anong meron?" I was confused. "Welcome back real Alicia!" Cody jokingly welcomed me. I laughed, "Well, di naman masyado... Where's Kath?" I half-whispered. "Sa cr." Alyssa pointed. I nodded and left them for a while. I went inside the cr and spotted Kath washing her hands. I inhaled and exhaled. "Hi." I glanced at her. She didn't speak. "Sorry..." I looked at her, wishing that she would speak. She just sighed. "That's what friends are for..." she looked at me. "Welcome back to the real you!" she smiled and we hugged each other. " I'm sorry." I said again. "Wala yun!" she let go of me. "Seriously, sorry kasi jinudge agad kita kahit di ko naman alam kung anong nangyayari." I chuckled, "Tapos yun pala inexplain niya lang sayo yung dahilan niya sa mga kalokohan niya." I rolled my eyes. "Sorry din kasi nasigawan kita." she hugged me again. "Eeww! Kath basa kamay mo!" I pushed her lightly because she hugged me even though her hands were still wet. We just laughed and came out of the cr.
We started our classes. "Cody..." I faced him. "Bakit?" he asked me. "I think pwede na kayo magpalit ni Ernest ng seats ulit." I smiled. "Yieee, talaga?" he tickled me. "Stop tickling me!" I pushed his fingers away. "But yeah, I guess bati na kami talaga." I smiled. "Oh edi okay." he nodded. "Lilipat na ko bukas." he said then tapped Larry's shoulder. Larry turned around immediately. "Pinapalayas na ko ni Alicia dito. Dito na ulit maninirahan yung pwet ni Ernest. Sa upuang ito." Cody said. "Talaga?" he asked. Cody just nodded. Larry whispered something I didn't hear. But I just let it go because it might be an usapang lalaki.
