Hours passed by and we only have one hour and a half left. "Ang bilis ng oras! Sa wheel of fate naman tayo." Kath suggested. "Sige, tsaka onti na lang time natin e." Cody agreed. We went to the line for the ferris wheel. "Naku, and haba pala ng pila!" Larry chuckled while looking at his watch.

"Ui selfie muna tayo!" I raised my phone so that all of us will be captured. I took about two photos. "Patingin." they all looked at my phone. Larry laughed, "Saan ka nakatingin, Ernest?" he laughed at Ernest. "Wag ka namang ganyan! Tinitingnan niya si Alicia! To naman, hayaan mo na siya!" Dan and Jenny nudged Ernest's arms. I felt my cheeks heated so I turned away from Ernest, which was beside me.

They continued to walk until it was our turn. "Magkakasama ba kayo?" the man asked. "Opo. Kami pong... eight." Kath told him. "Ayy... Naku, hanggang six lang ang pwede sa isang cable." the man shook his head. "Paano yan?" Jenny looked back at us. "E paano kung si Alicia tsaka si Ernest yung humiwalay?" Larry wiggled his eyebrows at the two of us. We both looked at each other. "Ikaw?" we asked each other at the same time. "Ako, okay lang." I nodded. "Sige. Kami rin naman yung nasa huli e." Ernest nodded. The guy let our friends go inside the cable. We waited for the next one and hopped in.

"Woah. Sana umakyat agad!" I looked out. I starred at the sky.

"So, mahilig kang tumingin sa sky?" Ernest asked me after a few moments. I sat back, "Oo! Hindi ko alam kung bakit, pero ang ganda lang kasing tingnan." I looked at him. He also looked at me so I just pretended that I was looking at his back; at the sky.

I looked beside me and I suddenly saw one of my deepest fears. A small spider.

"Whaa! May spider! Oh my gosh!" I screamed. I scooted next to Ernest in reflex. "Saan?" I pointed at the spider. "Sus. It's so small!" he was trying to stop his laugh. "Eee! Ui Ernest lalapit yata siya e!" I scooted even more. The spider went to our space, causing me to be scared even more. "Hala yan na nga! Whaa, Ernest!" I suddenly hugged his arms. "Sige, eto na." he removed his shoe and hit the spider with it. "Okay ka na?" he kneeled in front of me. "Oo. Thank you ha!" I smiled. "Wala yun... Hindi ko alam, takot ka pala sa gagamba!" he was still trying not to laugh.We went back to our last position.

I starred at the sky again.I felt him scoot next to me.

"Uhh... Alicia..." he stammered. He looked at my back. "Ui tingnan mo sila o!" he pointed at our friends. "Hello!" I yelled. "Ang sweet niyo ha!" Jenny yelled back. And they started to say, "Ayyiiee!" and other stuff like that. "Oh stop it, you guys!" I stopped them.

"Uhh, Alicia..." I looked at Ernest. "Hmm?"

"Uhmm... Alam mo ba... Hindi ko ineexpect na ganito yung mangyayari." he started. I nodded, "Ako nga din e!" I crossed my arms. "Uhmm..." he bit his lower lip. "Can you be my girlfriend?" he locked eyes with me. "Woah. Hindi ko talaga ineexpect na ganito yung mangyayari!" I blushed, but I didn't look away. It's a habit. That when I am being asked to be his girlfriend, and then I blushed, I don't look away. I guess it's my way to attract him more. I don't know!

"Ernest..." I glanced at our friends. "Umoo ka na!" they all shouted. "Oo na yan! Oo na yan!" they all continued to shout it at the top of their lungs.

I looked around and saw that some people were actually looking at us! "Uhmm... Oo." I closed my eyes. I opened the one eye and saw him grin. "Yes! Thank you Alicia ha! Thank you talaga! Thank you..." he hugged me. "Uhh... Ernest, nakatingin sila o." I pointed at the people on the ground. "Hayaan mo sila!" he hugged me again. "Thank you talaga." then he let go. "Ayyiee! Ang sweet! Nakakakilig!" our friends screeched. We just laughed at them. "Ayy Ernest... May sasabihin ako sayo." I looked at him. "Ano yun?" he asked me. "Pwede bang tayo tayo lang yung makakaalam? Yung grupo mong Jump then my friends. Can it be that way?" I looked down. I was a bit guilty because I thought that he might be thinking that I don't like to be with him. "Oo naman! Natatakot din ako e." but his answer changed my mind. "Thank you!" I smiled.

When I looked outside again, I saw that we were exactly at the very top! I looked at Ernest. He leaned out of the opened window of the cable, "Huy, Ernest anong gi-" he cut me off. "I love you, Alicia Marie S. Kennedy!" he yelled at the top of his lungs.

"Huy, ano ka ba? Dito ka nga!" I pulled him inside the cable.

When we were already at the bottom, a man helped us to get out. "Naks naman!" the guy said as we exited. I just chuckled. "Ayun yun e! Congrats!" our friends spotted us. "Oi hindi ko inexpect yun ha!" I softly slapped Ernest's arm.

Larry looked at his watch, "May thirty minutes pa tayo. Sino may gusto ng shake or something?" Larry asked us. "Ako!" we all raised our hands. "Lika na! Malapit sa Space Shuttle yung bilihan." we rushed to a dessert shop and bought our shakes.

"Ten minutes na lang!" Brent reminded us. We ran to the exit of EK and started to find our bus. I spotted the green one, "There it is!" I pointed. We ran into it and climbed up. "Ayun sila! Ayan, kulang pa ng isa." our teacher announced.

We settled on our seats. I fixed my bags for me to sit more comfortably. "Masaya ba?" Ernest asked me when we were all ready. "Sobra." I smiled.
