03 | The Forest
[alright, I tried writing this chapter in third person, but don't worry cause it goes back to Diane's POV soon]
Diane GreenPresent Day, August 16th
"DIANE?" SKYE ASKED HESITANTLY WHEN DIANE DIDN'T answer. Diane stayed silent. She obiviously didn't want to talk about her time in the psychiatric hospital. "I don't want to talke about it, Skye." Diane answered after an uncomfortable silence.
"Sorry." Skye blurted out, "I'm sorry for asking, it's clear you don't want to talk about it." She apologized. Diane felt guilty, she paused. "I can tell you a part of it, it's the easy one to talk about. Maybe with time I'll tell you want really happend there." Diane said.
"You don't have to, Diane. I myself am not prepared to tell you about my past. I really want us to be friends because I can tell the guys liked you - well, I mean, London hasn't met you yet. . . Anyways, look let's start again. I really screwed up." Skye rambles.
She sticks her hand out. "Hi. I'm Skye Gallilea."
Diane smiles, taking her hand, she speaks. "Hi, I'm Diane Green."

It was night.
It was dark.
It was cold.
And it didn't help that Diane was thinking about a specific moment. She used to wake up at the same time to think about the same thing. But now, she just couldn't sleep. It kept her awake.
"Inject her."
The order was short and direct, probably came from her mother. Diane kicked one of the wierdly strong nurses in the shin, and now that their hold was weakened, she ran to the closest room. She heard her mother yell orders as she locked the door and walked over to a window. It had an axe leaning on the wall next to it. She opened the window, then took the axe. She threw it through the window, with one last look at the door that was being taken down, she jumped through the window.
Landing on her feet, she picks the axe up, she ran towards the gate. The door man immediately opened the gates wihtout questioning it. Diane was lucky that she had her car keys on her. She hurried towards Eletra.
Diane sighed. She was out of bed wearing one of her oversized grey hoodies above her pijamas. She decided to take a walk.
The building with six flats in total, icluded a huge forest.

[FOLLOWING WILL BE IN DIANE'S P.O.V.]
-Since the huge forest was there, I decided to get lost for a while.
After a few minutes of walking, I found a huge tree. I smiled at it, I sat at the bottom of it. I had nothing on me, so I could just enjot the beauty of tall pine trees and the dark sky dotted with white stars.
I jumped.
No, not because there was an animal or anything. I heard a crunch which meant that someone was here. Which was weird, it was in the middle of the night, meaning, who would be awake at this hour.
"Why are you here?"
My mouth failed me and let out a small shriek. I truned to se the lovely green-haired guy, Harry, behind me [note the sarcasm]. He wore a black hoodie with some dark sweatpants. "Why are you here?"
