HELLOO!!! Welcome to my author's note. A small apology to any reader who follows this book.

It's a small note to let you know that there will probably we a delay on part two of Chapter Four. Plus, I'm working on a small re-write of the chapters already published. I feel like I started it because I had post chapters before and none of the ones I did pleased me.

So, I'm working on an actual plot.

The series, Day & Night, is a very recent idea I had. Sunrise was orginally 'Incomplete-or 'Uncomplete', Diane was supposed to not have emotions whatsoever, and her mother orginally died, and Melanie aswell. Her father sends her to a (children's?) Home in a town (pennigton, but wasn't name that just yet) and it took place in The United States.

She was supposed to meet the group of friends (Skye, Alexander, James, London and Harry - who by the way didn't have those names) and they'd slowly make her. . .  Expressive with her emotions. That was the original plot. No romance, but I decided that I wanted romance and forgot about my original idea.

It was actually inspired by a book that gave an insight about mental illness, (something about a Grey or Grayson and a girl who has said illness – I tried looking for it in my library but can't find it so I can't tell you the name of it.) in the second version, Diane was supposed to have a mental illness. And in her eyes Diana (her mother), was the bad guy. Diana was supposed to treat her like a crazy person, even though Diane wasn't unstable, insecure or sensitive. Diane was fine and was controlling her illness well – that's where the problem between them stemmed.

Now, my actual plot is about a person who meets a group of of friends and manage to make her get closure about her twin sister's disappearance. And I added romance, so three of the guys will each fall in love with Diane and Diane would have feelings for all of them.

At the end one of them dissapears and that leaves a cliffhanger that paves the way for the second book in the series.

The series is named Day & Night because the books represent their state, as in, Sunrise is meant to represent Diane's new chapter in her life, Nightfall is like a nightmare where they're faced with the cruel reality that they might not see their friend again. Aftermath is like what happend after their revenge on the only people who knew what happend to their friend. Relationships tumble and friendships break. New Horizon is like Sunrise except this time they're older and mature. And familiar with each other.

That was my original plan.

I probably just spoiled the whole series, but whatever. Anyways, Sunrise isnt where I would like it to be, I will continue working on this but making a re-write as I do it. The chapters I made were on a rush and and not planned out, now I know what I want to do and will be working on the rewrite.

By the way, my grandfather recently passed which is why there will be more of a delay. We have family matters and not to mention I'm extremely distracting myself from actually writing. This series was supposed to be for my satisfaction not to gain popularity or be an actual author – it was just to satisfy my hobby of writing.

So, this was just to inform any reader I have and to actually let my ideas be written. In the re-write, there probably will be new scenes and new character and more scenes.

The rewrite won't be published until I finish Sunrise and I will probably edit those chapters, generally it's just so I have time to write them so when the time comes I just publish every few days.
