Katsuki didn't necessarily agree with Adaliah going back to school,  especially after the mall incident, but she was adamant. She whined about missing class, and missing work, all while shaking and trying to buckle Aspen's vest around her.

He rolled his eyes, trying to get Kai on his side, but the brunet was useless. He shrugged, simply giving Katsuki his phone number as a just in case before heading off to his residency.

"Look, Katsuki, it was scary, yea, but if I'm going to be a hero, I can't- I can't let things like that run my life. "  Adaliah huffed, clipping on Aspen's leash and slipping on her backpack. Her hands were shaky, and her breathing was never quite consistent.

She was on guard since he came over this morning-- to walk to school-- and just seemed...off. For instance, he went to pass her her bento while she was packing her bag, and she had flinched. She never flinched from him. Ever.  His alpha felt hurt at the action, but he had to remind himself on how he found her at the mall.

He still couldn't believe what had happened at the mall. He wasn't even sure what happened, period. Truth be told, it didn't matter to him.

Adaliah looked terrible when he went to go look for her, a broken shell. It was obvious she was done with the mall trip after that, and so was he. He had snapped on anyone who tried stopping him, almost trying starting a fight with fucking Icy-hot when he tried saying he could call a cab for him and Adaliah to get her home sooner.

He wasn't letting her out of his sight any time soon and if Icy-hot was willing to lose a hand for him to prove it? Katsuki wasn't against it.

He grumbled nonetheless, turning and leaving the apartment with the white-ette duo behind him. He took Aspen while Adaliah locked the door before giving her back, the two making their way to U.A..

Adaliah was thankful for Principal Nezu. He was one of the first ones to convince her to bring Aspen to school with her and signed the permission slip for his go ahead. Right now though, she was cursing his name.

She could feel  the glances her way as she tried completing her math work.  Eyes watching her every move. Maybe Aspen's too.

The pooch whined as the grip on her pencil tightened, already standing and laying her head in Adaliah's lap. Adaliah dropped her pencil, massaging the dog's ears as she tried regulating her breathing. She was wearing a scent blocking collar so she didn't need to worry about that. Just her breathing and her work.
