Chapter 17: Seulrene Reunited

Two days later...

(Y/N)'s POV:

It's been two days since Seulgi told me that she still loves Irene and since then I have actually been helping her. She was confused by my actions cause she still thinks I'm Irene's girlfriend but I didn't care.

I've also been talking with Irene about Seulgi these past few days as well. And I could tell that she still loves her even after how much Seulgi bullied her.

Anyway me, Irene, and Jennie just got to school. The three of us got out the car and went inside the school. After we walked to Jennie to her class, I was walking Irene to her class when we ran into Seulgi.

"Hey (Y/N), Irene" Seulgi greeted us.

"Hey Seulgi" we greeted her.

I glanced at Irene to see her looking at Seulgi with obvious heart eyes. And I looked back at Seulgi to see her doing the same with Irene.

'Aish, these two are dense.' I thought.

"(Y-Y/N), let's go to class." Irene said.

"Okay. See you around, Seulgi." I said.

"See you around." Seulgi replied.

With that we walked past her and made our way to class. I looked at Irene to see her sad and deep in thought.

"Hey, you okay Rene?" I asked.

Irene looked at me and gave me a small smile.

"Y-yeah, I'm fine." Irene replied.

I walked Irene to her class and kissed her on the cheek before going to my class.

Time skip to lunch time...

It was now lunch time and all of us werr sitting at our usual table. And by all of us, I mean me and my friends along with Irene's friends who I found out go by the name Red Velvet.

As we were talking, I noticed Irene looking in a certain direction. I looked where she was looking to see her staring at Seulgi who was sitting with her friends.

"*chuckle* You are painfully obvious." I said.

"Huh? What do you mean?" Irene asked.

Irene looked at me and gave me a confused look.

"The way you look at Seulgi. It's obvious that you still love her. It's honestly crazy that she doesn't see it." I said.

"I don't think she feels the same." she said and looked down.

Me and the other Red Velvet members looked at each other before looking back at Irene. I told them yesterday about Seulgi's confession and they were surprised at first but they were okay with it.

"But what if she does? Would you accept her?" I asked.

"If she does then maybe I'll accept her again. As long as she doesn't hurt me again." Irene said.

"Okay" I said.

I took another glance at Seulgi to see her staring at Irene.

Time skip to after school...

The last bell rang meaning that it was time to go home. My phone then vibrated and I looked to see that Seulgi sent me a text. I gave her my number yesterday.
