A Nightmare? Or More?

I am a bit nervous about picking up Mia Grey for a date. Grace assured me that if it doesn't work out that she is okay with it. I have heard she can be hard on interns, but never over personal issues only over a work related problem. So here I am at very luxurious apartment in Seattle about to change my life. I knock and a beautiful black haired blue eyed beauty stands before me in a nicely fitting dress that is semi casual mixed with a bit of formal. She grabs her coat and purse and her boots are doing thing's for her legs. I look back up and she's smiling at me.
Mia
I take it you like my boots or my legs lol you are Shawn right?
Shawn
Oh sorry yes I am Shawn and I hope you are Mia. If not, then can we just leave before she gets here. I don't think anyone could match your beauty.
Mia
Than you, you aren't bad yourself. Well let's go, I am sure they are waiting for us.
Shawn
So far so good.
Ethan
My dad was mad that I didn't get Mia to the alt before I cheated on her or at least was more discrete about it. Rachael and her mother were very loud about me seeing Rachael. Now I have a family dinner at the Grey's that has all the families invited, so I am showing Mia that I can bring who I want to the family dinner.
Kate
I hope tonight goes well, I know Mia is bringing someone as well as Ethan. But Ethans date is not liked or trusted by anyone here. So Mia will probably just laugh about it unless Rachael makes a play for her date. I just want everyone to know we are pregnant. Ana has taken a lot of the spotlight off me recently and I am getting a bit jealous according to Elliott. He says the attention she is getting is because of everything that happened to her.
Elliott
I doubt Ana getting kidnapped and her security being killed is something she wants to get attention about. Even though our family grew bigger because of it and they realized they love each other and can't live without the other was great, the families of the men lost their loved ones that day. Nothing can't rid her of that guilt. No amount of trust funds or paying off any and all debts makes anyone feel better. I know she also bought them new homes, new cars and paid for all funeral costs. So would you maybe look at it like that for a moment. You are loved by all of us, your parents not the greatest, but your mom isn't going to actually do what hers did. Let's just announce the pregnancy and bask in the love tonight okay. I will even let you tell everyone. I kiss her nose.

Hey watch the makeup. I hope everything goes smoothly. Let's announce it before dinner. I sense that's the best time, in case all hell breaks loose during dinner. We seem to have problems with getting through dinners with my parents and brother. Add a Lincoln or two and then the Grey family and shake. Hope the dinning room has plastic on the floors and anyplace else just in case.
Elliott
Nope they just repaint and replace it all, that's how we roll. So far they haven't had to.
Grace
Everyone is here and we have opted for an outside BBQ and tent with a huge table. The dining room is too small for the group tonight. Elliott says they wanted everyone for this dinner and wouldn't say why. He and Kate have no idea the hospital grapevine alerts me to my family coming in for any reason. They just don't know the reasons. Looking at him and Kate smiling it was good news and that could only mean a baby.
Carrick
I believe Grace has a point, we are going to have another baby in the family. Gail and Taylor's  little Carl was the first, then Timothy, Joey and it's time for a girl baby. Us men outnumber the ladies we need a balance. I love watching the children play on the special playground Elliott got us for when we have them here. Oh God the Lincoln women have arrived. Gregg is keeping his distance from his wife and daughter. I really can't blame him. He loves them both, but God love him he has no clue how to deal with either of them. So he warns us and keeps out of the way and let's the chips fall where they may. He did drag them out, when Rachael followed Christian into the restroom. He made sure she apologized for her behavior and his wife's behavior. He grounded them both for a year. They weren't allowed to go to any dinner parties until he said so. This is their first event and it's only because Rachael is dating Ethan.
Mia
I watch as Ethan greets Rachael. I laugh quietly at his choice of a date. Shawn asks me why I am laughing. I tell him, that Ethan and point him out came with a true gold digger and he wasn't her first choice Christian was. Now she's set her sites on Ethan. I explain that he is my ex and he thought it was okay to cheat in me. I decided it wasn't and broke up with him.
Shawn
I think that's the right thing to do. Let's go have fun and meet your big family. Your mother has told me a few things, but I have to see things for myself.
Kate
I wait as everyone is finally seated at the tables and Elliott and I announce or baby news. Everyone is excited and hugs us one at a time. Even the little ones. I am crying and it feels great all the love even from Aubrey and Clark and Joey.
Elliott
Says see all the love and they give it generously and without hesitation. Imagine when the baby comes.
Rachael
I can't believe Eamon came on to me when I came out the restroom. Luckily his wife saw it all. He chased after her, but she went straight to Carrick while he tried to stop her.
Ethan
What the hell happened in the house? Did you hit on my dad?
Rachael
No I didn't, he came on to me ask your mother if you don't believe me.
Enid
Carrick start divorce proceedings please.
Carrick
I will, do you need to stay here for the night, you can you know. That way you can tell me what happened inside the house.
Enid
He hit on Rachael when she came out of the restroom and wasn't going to take no for an answer.
Grace
Are you okay? I saw you come out of the house and Eamon and Rachael behind you. Did you find them in a compromising position?
Enid
No I found him trying something with her, it's good that I walked in because she was fighting him off. She kept telling him no. I told him to get his things out of our homes. I headed straight for Carrick, I want that divorce. Where's Christian he has made me an offer to buy my shares of Kavanagh Media. I think it's time. Carrick would you set up a meeting for me with him please. You already have my papers for the divorce please start it tomorrow.
Carrick
If you are sure I will handle everything and he will be served. Eamon approaches us and Enid gets behind us.
Eamon
Enid it isn't what it looks like, she came onto me.
Carrick
Let me stop you there okay. Most don't know the extent that my very protective son will go to protect his family. The whole place is monitored on cctv cameras. So would you like to tell the truth now.
Eamon
Okay I tried, but she said no. But hey you know I like side action in our marriage it shouldn't be a surprise at this point.
Enid
Well I also told you to stop and the next time I caught you in cheating or trying to I would divorce you. You chose one if  the biggest days in your and your daughters life to try to hook up with a girl almost her age. A girl who wants any rich guy, but you. Amazing. So pack your crap and get out of our homes. They are all in my name, because you didn't want your bimbos to get them in the law suits. Carrick set the meeting up with Christian please. I will pass on staying the night. I have locks to get changed. Passwords to change. I think to myself accounts to close after I empty them all.
