Surgeons were running round the hospital, it was night time 12am.
A husband and wife were holding hands, one staring at the ceiling one at the door.
The lights were flickering, sparks were coming from the hallway, tiling off of the floor were bouncing, shattering as they slid along the isle.
Nurses trying to avoid the gaping holes in the ground walking hastily from one end of the hospital to the other.
In a room at the end of a corridor were two baby's, one sleeping peacefully.
The other phasing from one positions to another with no in-between movements.
Nurses stared in disbelief whilst scratching their heads at what to do, Doctors shouting across various solutions for the child that would never work.
The lights still flickering now went to a dimmed lighting a almost silent hum.
The elevator bell struck at the end of the hall, black smoke with red lightning fell out, engulfing the light, a figure within the smoke walks as the vapour follows his every step.
As the figure passed each person no panic was sensed, all went back to as it should have been, nurses delivering new born baby's and the parents with a grin on their faces, no crack or lighting fault occurred.
Faces in a room at the very end of the corridor were faces of panic as they saw the figure edging closer then,
All fell silent.
The nurses and doctors went back to what they were meant to be doing.
A husband and wife relieved held a baby girl in their arms.
Another child engulfed by the dark smoke in an empty room at the end of the corridor.
A silent snap occurred and the vapour had evaporated along with a child.
All was left was an empty room at the end of the hall.
All seemed normal,
And two new lives begun.
