The school bell rings.

'Anna where are you going' says the blonde girl.

Anna had been around this area for her whole life however she had recently met a new friend called Phillipa she was blonde very tall and slim, she was what you would call a classic student. She did well in her classes and the both of them had started university at the same time it was February time and so they had spent a few months together and had gotten along really well.

Anna had Dark brunette hair and deep eyes that matched. They both tended to stay out of the spotlight, they usually sat nearer the back of lectures and talked by themselves, they never talked to many others, they didn't need to because they always had each other.

Apart from those two Anna had a boyfriend, They met when they were around 14 and had been inseparable ever since, they went to the same university but didn't want to spend all of there time with each other.

And that's when Anna met Philippa, Phillipa sat right down next to Anna and immediately they got on.

'I'm just going to see Harvey, he's just gotten out of his literature seminar'

Phillipa rolled her eyes and walked off whilst saying 'I'll see you in philosophy then'

Anna smiled and walked off.

'Heyyyy' said anna as she ran up to her boyfriend Harvey.

'What have you been doing you weirdo' he said turning around to her walking down the steps of an old church like building with folders and books stacked in one hand and the other wrapped around Anna's shoulder.

She looked at him whilst holding both hands onto his arm around her, 'Nothing' she said 'How was history'

'Ughhh the most boring thing I have ever experienced' he said as if his body was physically aching 'Lets go for a picnic' Harvey said looking at her with excitement.

'I cant' anna said with a sad face 'I have to go to philosophy in a minute'

'Oh common you can skip that, its not like you're behind' he looked at anna with raised eyebrows as if to say you know I'm right. Anna scoffed.

She was extremely intelligent and was always at the top of her classes and it wouldn't have hurt to miss one class but she was also a very stubborn person and committed.

'You know I cant skip' 'plus, Phillipa would kill me if i ditched her.'

He tutted and took his arm off of her shoulder, he kissed her on the forehead and said, 'okay but we are having one after'.

She grinned, 'Perfect'.

They squeezed each other and Anna walked off to philosophy.

She went into the seminar room and sat at the back with Phillipa.

The room was filled with tables and chairs in rows all leading to a board at the front. On the right at the back was the door and all along the left side was windows covering the whole room, outside the windows was a bunch of trees leading into a field with some sheep and a lake. The lecturer started the lesson and as per usual Phillipa and Anna were listening intently.

After a while of listening and copying down notes Anna was put off by a glitch in the lights.

An eerie feeling spread the room around her.

She ignored it at first but it progressed into the lights flickering and sparks coming from the light.

She turned to Philippa 'Do you not think the lecturer will do anything about the lights'

Phillip turned to her annoyed she had disrupted her listening 'What about the lights' she shook her head.

'They're flickering'

'They're not flickering anna'

She looked up and the lights had stopped. She closed her eyes tightly and opened them assuming it was lack of sleep.

After a few minutes the lights continued but switched on and off rapidly.

'Seriously!' 'Can you not see it?' asked Anna

'Anna you're making a fuss now calm down I'm trying to listen'

Anna freaking out starting shifting her head from one side to another in disbelief that no one was noticing the lights.

Out of the glimpse of her eye she saw a reflection of what seemed to be herself outside the window, but she was dressed in all black with a leather zip jacket that was tight to her figure, and had bright auburn hair.

She looked away for a second but when she returned to acknowledge what she had seen her reflection was gone.

She started getting very flustered.

'Anna you're shaking, maybe you should get some air'

Anna gently nodded towards Philippa and walked out the room looking as if she were about to be sick.

She stumbled down the corridor towards the exit, but before she got halfway the doors flung open and the same black vapour trickled its way into the halls.

Anna stopped dead in her tracks focusing on the dark red lightening cracks that were flickering from the smoke.

Out from the smoke came her reflection, every click of her heels walking towards anna increased her heart rate. Anna stared at her reflections face in confusion.

They had the same face but it was not her own, she moved differently with pride and confidence.

The reflection stopped right in front of her.

Somehow to Anna she was intimidating but the only difference between them was the colour of their hair.

The reflection with auburn hair tilted her head widened her eyes with an evil glint and smirked. 'Hey there'. Her voice was calm but her expression made her look the opposite.

She tilted her head again.

Before Anna could run she felt a hand around her mouth and slowly dazed out of reality.
