Chapter 7

You scroll through your contacts and look for Yuko's number. You eventually found it and began messaging her.

Hey Yuko. Remember me? It's Y/N.

Y/N! I haven't heard from you since you were last in Hasetsu. And that was sooo long ago. So what's up?

To: Yuko 🇯🇵

Well, I wanted to ask a question. But you have to promise that this conversation stays between you and me.

Ok, it's a promise. So what's this question you wanna ask?

Hypothetically, if I came back to Hasetsu, who do you think would be more excited if I came? Yuuri. Or Viktor?

Huh... that is a hard one. Wait. Are you coming to Hasetsu? Like right now? If so, I'm meeting you at the station. I think they'd both be just as eager to see you.

Ok thanks Yuko. I know what I have to do now. Can you promise me you will not tell Viktor or Yuuri that I'm coming to Hasetsu today?

Yes I promise! God I wanna see how much you've grown. Oh, I know why you're coming. You had a stressful day? So you're either going to be at the ice rink or the studio. I'm gonna say rink. I'll try my hardest and make sure Viktor and Yuuri stay at the rink as long as possible. Though I may need some help with that. Can I tell Minako? I think she might be able to help.

I'm gonna go to the rink. So it doesn't seem suspicious to them, get Minako to pick me up and you keep Viktor and Yuuri at the rink. That way, they won't have a clue about what's happening.

Ok. Let me know when you're near Hasetsu.

Ok I will. I just got on the train in Tokyo. I'll be while I think.

You put your phone back in your pocket and tried to figure out how to get to Hasetsu from Tokyo. You looked at a map and eventually worked it out. It wasn't going to be a long journey, which was good. You found a seat on the train and sat down, placing your bag on the floor. You looked out of the window and stared at the passing buildings. You were amazed at the scenery that you weren't even paying attention to the station you were at.

You quickly turned your head to see you were a couple stops away from Hasetsu. You went to pull your phone out of your pocket, but accidentally dropped it on the floor. You went to pick it up, but someone had already grabbed it. You looked at the person to see two people stood in front of you. They were the same height and almost looked identical if it wasn't for their different coloured hair. You then realised they were most likely twins.

"Hey, you dropped this." The blonde commented.

"I think she knows. She was about to pick it up, but you did instead." The grey-haired guy said.

"Well thank you for picking up my phone." You interrupt their little argument.

"You're welcome. Oh, I'm Miya Atsumu. That's Miya Osamu." The blonde says.

"Oh, so you are twins. I'm F/N." You say.

"Oh, I need to text my friend to meet up with me." You say, quickly opening Yuko's contact.

"Oh? Where ya headed?" Atsumu asks.

"Hasetsu." You say as you message Yuko.

"Oh I've heard of Hasetsu. It's a small town. Why you headed there? If I'm not mistaken, you got on in Tokyo." Osamu asked curiously.

"Well, I used to live there. Before I moved Tokyo. I moved abroad and only came back recently. So I guess I'm paying my friends a visit." You say.

"Huh... well, we won't keep you. Hasetsu is the next stop." Osamu said.

"Thank you. And bye, it was nice meeting you." You say as you head for the train doors.

You got off the train and gave a wave to the Miya twins as the train continued. You headed for the exit and saw Minako, holding a massive banner. You sighed knowing she did it on purpose. Knowing her, as soon as Yuko told her you were coming to visit, she was over the moon. You tapped out of the station and Minako pulled you into her embrace. You reluctantly relaxed into her, knowing she probably would've preferred if you did.

"Y/N! So nice of you to come visit. Yuko told me everything. Now come on, let's sneak you into the ice rink. I'm sure Viktor and Yuuri will be over the moon to see you." Minako said, dragging you away from the station.

You let Minako drag you to the ice rink. When she realised she was dragging you, she stopped and let go of your arm causing you to nearly fall. You quickly composed yourself and continued the walk to the ice rink. You eventually arrived and snuck in. You sat down on a bench and began tying your ice skates. The plan was to wait until Yuuri wasn't on the ice. But were sat near it. So you waited for Yuuri to go on a break.
