Chapter 1

"Hello, my name is Lando Norris. I'm a McLarenguy. Well I participate in this program, because I want to share my passion with someone. Hopefully you're that girl who wants to share my passions with me."

Wow I want to participate in this program, because I think this will be a nice program. Oh I should introduce myself haha. My name is Jessie van de Berg and I'm a big fan of Lando since his first participation in the Formula 1, but also I'm in love with him. Now I can hear you all think 'how could it be that she's in love with him but doesn't know him?' Well at an interview of Ziggo Sport I felt a click with him. I live in the Netherlands while this program will being recorded in the UK. So that will be an arrangement for me to get to the UK, and to be allowed to participate in the program will be difficult. But I would do anything to win Lando's heart

"Mom and Dad I need to tell you something... I signed up for a tv-program" I said to my parents. "Oooh that's lovely sweetheart, for what kind of tv-program did you signed up to?" asks mom. "Well I signed up for an English tv-program, and I'm invited to participate in it as the only foreign girl." I tell my parents. "Oooh and what kind of tv-program is it? That you will do that in the UK or in the USA. And where exactly will they recorded it?" asks dad to me. 'Pfff this will be a cross-examination' I think to myself."This TV program will being recorded in Burmingham, which is near London. It's about sitting in a house with 9 other girls to win the heart of Lando Norris aka Prince Charming." I tell my parents. "Who is Lando Norris? And why are you participating in this TV program? You can also find your biggest love here in the Netherlands?" dad and mom asks one after the other. "To question 1 the answer is Lando Norris is a Formula 1 driver, and to question 2 the answer is because I'm in love with him. And yes I know 'everyone is different on TV', but I know he doesn't pretend to be different on the TV!". I tell them. In the meantime, the house telephone rings. "We'll talk about this later!" says dad as he walks over to the phone. He picks up the phone and you immediately see in his face that he doesn't understand what is being said on the phone. "Just a moment please." says dad on the phone and hands me the phone. "Maybe you understand what they are saying because this is English I guess, and I don't speak English." says dad. I take the phone from him and say: "Hello this is Jessie speaking."

"Hello, this is Declan Donnely from the TV program Prince Charming UK. Am I speaking with Jessie van de Berg?" asks Declan. "Yes I am Jessie van de Berg. How can I help you Declan?" I said on the phone. "Well I'll call you because I'm gonna give you some more information about when you need to come to the UK. Also I'll give you some information about the other participants." says Declan.

"Oh okay and what we discuss on the phone, I also get that on the e-mail?" I ask Declan. "Yes we also send it to you with the e-mail. So shall we begin." says Declan.
"Yes that's alright, what do you want to talk about first?" I asked. "Well, let's start about the other participants first. As you know you are in the villa togehter with 9 girls. I'll give you the names of the other girls. You sit in the villa with Amelia Brown, Bella Johnson, Emily Williams, Grace Jenson, Laura Evans, Mac Jones, Megan Murphy, Olivia Smith and Sophia Jacobs. You will receive further information about the girls at the first meeting in the villa. Now that we've had that, I'll tell you more about the recordings and when you need to come to the UK, because you're the only one who has to come from abroad as you would know haha. Well you are expected here in the UK in Burmingham within 3 weeks.
The recordings will be started immediately, by which I mean that the camera crew is waiting for you at the airport to film your first reaction before you arrive here.
You will be picked up by me or Anthony McPartlin my co-host (co-presenter) of the TV program." Declan tells me. 
"Okay so if I understand correctly I will be expected in the UK within 3 weeks and I will be picked up by Mr. McPartlin or by you?" I ask again to be sure. "Yes, thats right and please don't call us sir or Mr., we are not that old yet haha." laughs Declan into the phone. "Sorry haha." I also laugh through the phone to Declan. "Well I will send you everthing by e-mail so you can discuss this quietly with your parents. Have a nice day and I'll see you in 3 weeks Jessie!" says Declan. "Thank you so much for your call and I'll see you in 3 weeks Declan!" I say to Declan with a smile from ear to ear over the phone.
