I sat with my back against the lip of the fountain, the water covered with flowers such as daisies and white roses.

The shimmery liquid sparkled with the sun, acting magical in nature and showing Asra like a weary memory.

It projected him just how I imagined him in my mind since he left.

A weary memory.

I pushed the flowers out of the way of his reflection with one henna covered, elegant hand, my other hand covering my nude breasts.

Asra's snake companion, Faust curled around my wrist, looking down into the wavering image of Asra.

Light wind made her sway with the ripples in the water.

The morning shone in my tired eyes as the sun gradually uncovered itself from behind silver clouds.

Asra looked rather dazzling wherever he was right now, gazing at me through his own body of water with lazy eyes.

The water in his hair dripped down his lips and bare chest as he watched my eyes follow the changing sky behind him.

Colored light surrounded him in an aura of beauty.

I ran my fingers over the water creating small ripples that wavered his reflection.

"You're getting good at summoning me." Asra said.

My eyes found Faust's around my wrist.

I twisted my forearm, looking over her smooth body.

"The emerald necklace worked last time because it had your magic all over it." I looked back into his eyes. "Now I had to use myself because I have your magic all over me still. Take off all my clothes and dip myself into this fountain. I didn't think it'd work because your magic is fleeting from my skin. You've been gone so long."

I tried to feel his magic upon my flesh.

I still could taste him, but barely.

"I'm sorry, I promise I'll be-" Asra tried to choke out.

"Master... Az, when will I see you again? Like, actually see you?" I asked, gazing down at him and twisting the crystal on my necklace in between the fingers of the hand that still covered my bare chest.

He smiled.

That smile I longed to experience in real life.

That smile that proved he didn't understand how much it bothered me when he left then came back for a day or two just to leave again.

"Well, Sol, in a little bit or... now if you take my hand." He said, stretching out his hand.

I had always liked it when he called me "Sol", it was an appealing nickname, meaning 'sun' in Latin.

A language so familiar yet so foreign to me.

And the nickname referred to the shape of the scars on each of my breasts.

They glow every time I use my magic.

Asra told me it was from using too much magic over a short period of time, he has small scars himself.

But I don't remember using too much magic at one time.

But mine were the biggest he's seen.

He explained how it must've been from the 'spell' I was put under.

The memory loss spell.

I looked down at him, looking rather unamused at his hand outstretched to the water before him.
