Noah takes my hand in his, turns to his side and pulls out a small brown paper bag.
"What's that?" I say as he lets go of my hand.
"Y/n (your last name)... I have liked you for ages.. I want to give you this and hopefully you will say yes to my question.." he says. He puts his hand in the bag and pulls out the necklace I wanted from the shop in the mall. "Will you be my girlfriend?" He asked.
I start to tear up and hug him, "yes! Of course!" I let go of him and turn around signalling for him to put the necklace on me. He drapes it around my neck and hooks the back. "Thank you!" I say. I turn around and hold his hands, I look into his eyes and suddenly our lips meet.
[later that night]
"See you tomorrow!" I say while I give Noah one last hug and turn to my door. I can tell it is really late because the sun is starting to come up but I don't check the time because I feel no need to.. when I'm with Noah.. he's all I care about.
I grab my keys out of my pocket and quietly unlock the door. I walk through it and then close it again. "Where have you been.." a somehow calm but annoyed voice said. "With Noah.." I say not even looking up. I can feel she staring at me so I lift my head up. My mom stands there eyes staring at me as if they are trying to pierce through me. "I'm sorry.." I whisper. Her face turns red, she looks scared and angry.
"DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THE TIME IS Y/N?!" She shouts. I'm surprised my family hasn't woken up. "no.. actually I don't..." I say holding back tears, running up the stairs. My mom has never even risen her voice at me before, we've always been so close.. I guess it just scared me..
I slam my bedroom door behind me and lock my it. Suddenly, I feel a vibration in my pocket, I pull my phone out to read the message from Noah.
Noah🥰
Noah🥰: hey! I just wanted to say thank you for making tonight amazing, and goodnight❤️
Y/n: no problem! I had a great night aswell! Wanna meet up tomorrow?🥰
Noah🥰: Of course! I'll be round at 10 so we can spend the whole day together! ❤️
Y/n: ok! See you then! Goodnight🥰
