michelle's pov
it was spring break and rebekah and i decided to plan a road trip with all our friends. fred and george convinced their dad to let them borrow bewitched muggle car so it could fit all of us. we were going to cornwell beach which is 4 hours away from london. i thought it was going to be SUPER fun and i LOVE LOVE LOOOVE road trips. and it was going to be with everyone i loved. although i was kinda nervous, since cedric and draco don't get along. you can imagine how the "draco is coming" conversation went...
flashback
fred: alright! the car is bewitched so don't worry, it can fit all 8 of us.
cedric: alright great- wait... 8?
george: yeah: you and rebekah, me and jade, fred and daniela, and elle and draco.
cedric: H U H??? DRACO IS COMING??
elle: obviously, he's my boyfriend.
cedric: so. draco and i are gonna be in the same car for FOUR HOURS???
elle: yeah. i mean, with stops, but yeah.
cedric: i didn't agree to this.
rebekah: ced, come on. we can sit together next to jade and george if you want.
cedric: alright... i better not see anything weird going on behind us.
elle: *dramatically* MEEE???? AND DRACO??? never!!
cedric: uhuh.
end of flashback
today was the day and i packed all my bags. i went into cedrics room to tell him we were leaving.
elle: CEEEEEED COME ON WE GOTTA GO!!
cedric: CANT YOU SEE I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE?!
elle: cedric.
cedric: what?
i hugged him.
elle: OK COME ON LETS GO WE'RE GONNA BE LATE.
cedric: IM GOINGGGGGGG
we went to the fireplace and hugged our parents goodbye. we grabbed our floo powder and said "the burrow" and we appeared at the front door. i knocked on the door and was greeted by the amazing molly weasley.
molly: ah! michelle and cedric are here!! come come everyone else has arrived
we went inside the house and saw that all of our other friends were here and ready to leave. i hugged everyone and kissed draco.
fred: alright, everyone get inside the car.
we went inside and fred was the one to drive. next to him in shotgun was daniela.
daniela: WOOOO SHOTGUN HAHA IM BETTER THAN ALL OF YOUUU!
fred: you're so cute. but i'm driving soooo i win.
daniela playfully punched him in the arm. behind them were george and jade. they had finished putting everyone's bags inside with magic and jade was talking about her new shoes very enthusiastically while george looked at her adoringly. behind them was cedric and rebekah. rebekah was laying on cedrics lap reading him something and occasionally talking to me. behind them, was me and draco. draco was laying on my lap while i played with his hair and he told me about things he's good at, which he was passionate about. i talked to him about the dozens of books i'd read in the past month. i loved reading which was something that made me and hermione get along so well. i noticed him looking at me and smiling which made me blush even though we're dating. anything he said made me feel like a little girl having her first crush, and he felt the same, which is why we were always so comfortable around each other.
Fred is driving and Daniela keeps looking outside and saying hi to the dogs.
Daniela: AWW A DOG
Fred: Really? Where.
Daniela: Fred the car-
Fred managed to still control the car.
Daniela: or not :)
Fred: See Im good at multi tasking
Daniela and Fred smile at each other.
Jade laying on George's shoulder.
George: You know what would be a funny prank
Jade: what?
Jade said sounding tired
George: actually nevermind, beautiful you should get your sleep, you can lay on me :)
Jade: no- no we can talk about the prank you were saying
George: we can talk about it later it's fine I want you to be full awake once we do it :)
They smile at each other and jade falls asleep and George caresses her hair.
fred: alright guys we're gonna have to ride on the road.
elle: that's fine!
we spent two hours on the road before we decided we were kinda hungry and bored. we decided to stop at a muggle coffee shop.
Jade: Oooo chocolate
George: Oh chocolate! Lets share
They share a bar of chocolate. rebekah and cedric got coffees.
Elle: Hmm what to get
Draco: A muggle over there in the cash register we should-
Elle: no Dray, we aren't doing anything to the muggles
Draco: but-
Elle: Draco, be nice
Draco: Sorry darling
He says kissing Elle
Elle: it's alright :)
we decided to get coffee too. draco got an americano with a lot of sugar. i got a caramel mocha type of thing.
cedric: why do you always get cold drinks?
elle: i don't like hot drinks.
Daniela: FRED
Fred: DANIELA
Daniela: LOOK WHAT THERE IS
Daniela grabs spicy chips.
Fred: OOo you thinking what I'm thinking
Daniela and Fred: eat them all as fast as we can
Daniela: Cross fingers it's not so spicy
They start eating then fast
Rebekah: what are you-
Cedric: isn't that like really spicy
Daniela: mhhm-
Fred: ..worth it..
elle: DRAYYY I WANT SOME! COME!
draco: princess, you grabbed the extra spicy ones. those aren't even the ones they are.
elle: i did that on *purpose*
draco: ookay...
jade and george ate cotton candy and we all went back to the car.
