Namjoon knocked on the door, peeking his head around the opening to see his beautiful boyfriend sitting at his desk, his eyes glancing around his office in wonder.

"It's all mine, Joonie." The boy looked up in wonder. "I did this. I got this position created."

"And we are all so proud of you baby." Walking over, he laid a kiss on the boy's forehead. "I'm sure Jin will mention it tomorrow if he didn't get the chance to today."

"I didn't get to see him today," he pouted. "Between his schedule and the influx of students actually utilizing having a counselor, there wasn't time." He points to the open calendar sitting on his desk. "I have appointments lined up for the rest of the week, Joonie. I'll be lucky to make it to the Great Hall for lunch."

"Well, don't go without food, love. If nothing else, see if one of the kitchen elves will bring something to you." Namjoon suggested. "Lord knows they stocked up on food knowing you were coming back here. I'm sure they all remember your massive appetite." He shot his beloved a grin.

"Stop being mean to me Joonie." He pouted. "Speaking of food, though, we're still going to Jin and Yoongi's tomorrow, right?" His eyes were wide and hopeful.

"Yeah. Yoongi reminded me that Jin expects us there tomorrow for your birthday dinner." He played with Jungkooks hands as he reminded the younger boy about the plan. He had always loved Jungkooks hands. They were so big, the fingers long and slender, and they fit perfectly in his. "Are you ready to go, though, or do you still have things to do here?"

"Nope, I'm ready." Jungkook stood up, putting a few things in his bag to look over at home before reaching for Namjoon's hand, locking his office door after they walked out. He shot a grin towards Namjoon as he sprinted off to the car, still acting like the younger boy Namjoon got to know six years ago when they met.

Namjoon swung by the restaurant he placed their dinner order at, running inside to get it as Jungkook played around on his phone in the car. He got bored with his phone, though, and started looking around at what was going on outside the car. He eyed a figure carefully; whoever it was, was hiding in the entry of an alley nearby. All he could make out was the figure was male and that he looked vaguely familiar, but he couldn't tell who it was. Before he could get out to look, Namjoon came back, though, and Jungkook pushed the entire thing to the back of his mind, looking forward to spending the evening with his amazing boyfriend.

Once home and their meal finished, the two boys curled up on the sofa. Jungkook had a habit of sitting super close to Namjoon, his muscular legs thrown over his boyfriend's long ones, and his head resting against Namjoons shoulder. Whenever they sat together like this, Jungkook would end up falling asleep on Namjoon, and Namjoon would cover the boy up, letting Jungkook rest on him while he finished watching tv or reading, whichever he would be doing. Eventually, Namjoon would scoop Jungkook up in his arms and pray he could make it up to their room without clumsily dropping the sleeping boy or banging his head against the wall, both of which had happened more times than Namjoon cared to admit. And true to habit, Namjoon did end up carrying Jungkook up to the bed, laying the boy down carefully, wrestling the sleeping boy out of his jeans before sliding in next to him. He would cover them both up, pulling Jungkook into his arms and kiss his forehead before falling asleep himself. It was his favorite way to end the day.

Jungkook woke up the next morning, snuggling deeper into Namjoon, not wanting to open his eyes and face the day, even though it was a happy day, his birthday. He decided he only wanted to leave his bed to go to Yoongi and Jin's house for dinner; other than that, he wanted to remain exactly where he was, in Namjoons arms.

He buried his face into Namjoons neck, placing little kisses and leaving love bites that he knew the other wouldn't bother to cover. He loved marking Namjoon, loved knowing the world knew this man was taken, and not mess with him. He must have marked Namjoon just a little too hard because he felt the other man start to stir next to him.

"Mmm, what are you doing, baby?" Namjoons' sleepy voice gave Jungkook butterflies. Joon moved his hands over Jungkooks back, coming to rest at the top of his ass. "Are you showing the world who I belong to again?"

Jungkook just hummed, sucking particularly hard at one spot to make sure the mark would be nice and dark. Pulling back, he looked up at Namjoon and winked. "Yep. Can't have the world thinking they can have you."

Namjoon didn't even respond; he just flipped Jungkook onto his back, resting his body over the younger man, kissing him deeply. "Only you, baby. Now, are we ready to get up and face the day?"

Jungkook shook his head. "No, I just wanna stay here until we meet up with the others for dinner."

"Mm, that's a nice thought, love. But I have a feeling we'll be doing a lot more than just laying here. Which will require us at least getting a shower before we see them." Namjoon kissed along Jungkooks collarbone, leaving his own marks that the boy could at least cover up while he was at work.

Jungkook giggled; yes, he actually giggled. "I'm fine with that plan. You know I love the things we do when we're spending the day in bed together. And it IS my birthday, after all."

Namjoons deep husky laugh sent shivers down Jungkooks spine. "Ok. What my Kookie wants my Kookie gets. Just remember you asked for it when you have issues sitting down later."
