"So how are you liking the new place?" Lauren asked Karla through the phone as Camila lounged on her new couch after moving in with Dinah.

"I love it, and I still can't believe how cheap the rent is." Camila told the CEO.

"Well what we charge covers the water and electricity as well as pool and building maintence. It's not actually rent." Lauren told her, swiveling on her chair to look out her office window.

"Well that is amazing, Lauren." Camila told her, relaxing further into the plush couch.

Lauren smiled to herself on the other end of the phone. "I'd better let you go, Ally should be there soon to start working on your GED." Lauren replied, turning back around in her chair to face her paper work.

"Again, I can't thank you enough Lauren. You've already done more for me than my own family." Camila confessed.

"What I did was what any decent human would have." Lauren replied.

Camila chuckled at that statement before shaking her head silently. "Alright I'd better go. I think Ally is here." Camila told her, standing up as there was a knock on her door.

"Alright, Karla. I'll talk to you later, goodnight." Lauren said.

"Goodnight, Lauren." Camila replied before hanging up her land line.

It had been a week since the two girls had looked at the appartment and they had finally moved in just a few days prior, giving them time to unpack and settle in before Camila had to start her new job and get her GED.

"Hi! I'm Ally, are you Karla?" Ally asked with a bright smile as Camila answered the door.

"Hi Ally, it's nice to meet you. Yes I'm Karla." Camila told her, opening the door further and inviting her in.

Camila had a small stack of note books and text books she'd found while moving that she'd left on the table in hopes of some revision and use. The two girls sitting down before Ally looked at the pile curiously.

"These are my old school books. I don't know if they'll be any help but I thought I'd leave them out just in case." Camila told her, the teacher pulling the pile closer to her before seperating them into text books and notebooks and flipping through Camilas notes.

"These are some of the best notes I've ever seen. They're neat, colour coded, and are actually about the first subject we were going to cover in the test." Ally told her surpirsed.

Camila smiled proudly at the compliment. "I was a good student until I had to drop out." Camila told the small blonde.

"Why did you drop out?" Ally asked, looking up from the notes.

Camila sent her a shrug before answering. "My parents kicked me out of home and I needed to get a job and get off the streets. School just didn't fit into that then." She confessed, Ally softening at the story before passing her back her notes.

"Well I have no doubt that you'll be my best student yet! Let's go over your notes" Ally told her with a big smile, changing the mood of the room and moving on.

"Bye Ally, thank you for helping me!" Camila told the small blonde as she left for the night.

"Bye Karla, see you tomorrow!" She called back, getting into a cab and going home.

As Camila waited for the elevator, Dinah trudged in wearing her big jumper, "hey, Walz. You just finish school?" Dinah teased.

Smiling and rolling her eyes, the two girls hopping into the elevator as the doors opened, "you know it, China." Camila told her.

"So is your teacher hot?" Dinah asked as Camila opened their front door.

"Dinah!" Camila yelled shocked.

"Ohhhh, that's right. Even if she was hot, you have the hots for Jauregayyyyy." Dinah teased again, walking down the hall to her room.

Camila huffed as she plopped down onto the couch, muttering a small whatever before turning the tv on and falling asleep.

"Camila! First day on the job, you must be excited!" Ryan greeted, holding a hand out for her to shake.

"I am, Mr. Reynolds. I feel like with this job I'm finally going places." Camila confessed, shaking his hand in earnest.

"Well of course you are, Mila. You're a smart young lady and if you play your cards right we can take you to the top. And please, call me Ryan." He told the younger girl.

Camilas smile widened at his reply. "Okay, Ryan." She replied, her boss sending her a smile back before ushering her into a room with a small team.

"Alright, we hired you all for a reason." Ryan started as Camila took a seat.

"I could tell you all the stats, how our business has increased exponentially and there's all these jobs I'm going to make you do and blah blah blah. Or, I could tell you how you have all been hand picked by not just me, but our CEO. We saw something in you, and we want to see what you've got. "

"So you seven lovely people, are going to be our new flipping team. Essentially what I want you to evaluate properties, calculate the risk and reward and decide if the property is worth it." He explained as he clapped his hands.

"From there you will each have a job. Ariana-" he pointed to the brunette, "you're our eyes and secretary. I want you to scope the market, you're our first set of eyes. If you think it's good enough, forward it to Harry." This time he turned his attention to a tall young man.

"Harry, you're our main man, what Camila sends you, you have to go into depth on. Pros Cons, a list of expenses and what the current market will allow it to sell for. If it costs more to flip than sell, we don't want it. Michael!" Ryan yelled, pointing to the next man.

"You will be our renovator. The man on site, what you say goes. You don't like the fire place, pull it out. tiles? rip them out put some wood down. Just track your expenses and get them back to Ed, our accountant and profit manager." He told the blonde, pointing to the red headed lad.

"Ed, before harry approves anything you need to go over the information he provides and also manage all of the accounts. I know you can do it, buddy. You have the most experience here." Ryan told him before moving on.

"Nial! My main landscaper. Make those back and front yards emmaculate, I've seen the type of magic you make and I love it. You have full creative freedom, go wild, buddy." Ryan said, patting the boys shoulder.

"Sabrina, you're the interior person here. Make it beautiful, we want to wow the buyers. Drab to fab." He told the blonde, checking his watch for the time before hurrying this up.

"And last, but not least. Our beautiful Camila whom the CEO has chosen to be our team leader!" he announced, Camilas face dropping at the news.

"You're the glue my friend. Make this ship run smoothly and you give the seal of approval on everything. Come to me for questions, the rest of you, go to her for questions." He told her before moving our of the room, Camila quickly rushing out of her seat and after him.

"Ryan wait! Hold up!" She called after the tall man. "What do you mean I'm the team leader. I applied for the secretary job." Camila told him dumbfounded.

"We see alot of potential in you Camila. You're a smart young girl, remember? Look, everything you need to know is in the binder on your desk. Read over it and have a think. If you don't think you can handle this position tell us and we can find you another roll in our team. We wouldn't give you this job if we didn't think you could handle it." He told the Cuban.

"We... Wait who's the CEO? The one that chose me out of all of them?" Camila asked, Ryan checking his phone before looking back up at her.

"Lauren Jauregui."
