With Jacob caught in the mix of struggling to be the coolest guy in college. he's completely swept off his feet when Hannah Welsh, a transfer student comes into the picture.
What was supposed to have a happy ending is now turning out to be his worst...
I asked myself as the silence became unbearable. I had just told Mr Jerk pitt, that I would totally love to be adopted because that way I would be getting all the suckling action.
"And what action does a baby like you deserve? ",
Mr jerk pitt asked as he moved closer to me with his hands squeezed like he was holding in his anger, and ready to throw a punch if I made any other careless statement.
I stared at Mr jerk pitt, without saying a word and what went through my mind were questions, pondering if Hannah Welsh disliked the statement I just made.
With hannah welsh staring at me without saying a word and her boyfriend, jerk pitt also staring at me waiting for an answer, I knew I had to be clever on my next statement. Good that I always followed my grandma's advice, which was:
"Sometimes silence is the only reasonable answer"
- grandma.
I looked away from mr jerk pitt, and with my eyes on hannah welsh, I uttered the two words that takes guts to put forward
"I'm sorry",
I said as I walked away without saying a word to Mr jerk pitt. (Come to think of it I never asked for his name but I think Mr Jerk Pitt suits him just fine).
The break was over and we all headed back to the class, and without thinking twice I maintained my position at the back seat considering the previous drama which occurred during the break. Hannah welsh and her supposed boyfriend walked into the class and headed for the front seat,
