I'm a what!?

Okay, here's the next chappy, WHAHOOO!!!!! :D

*Recap*

. His dad's eyes were Sam's eyes! He looked at me, then at Sam, and spoke. "Well, looks like I could step down now Sam. You've finally found her. Your mate!"

*Sam's POV*

"What's a mate?" she looked completely confused! "Why are you looking at me like that?" Angel asked, even more confused than before. See, they were all looking at her like I was a bomb that was going to go off at any moment. "Haven't you explained anything to her?" my father queried, looking at me. I got angry and said, "Well, we've literally just met. I mean the first time was yesterday!" i exclaimed, pointing at Angel for emphasis. "And she didn't know about werewolves, she still doesn't know ANYTHING!" I spoke low, almost as if, if i had to raise my voice, i would end up screaming. "Well, maybe we should explain?" he asked looking from me to her. I stared at my father. She's been through too much, if we told her now, then she might pass out again, or something. "Okay, sweetheart, I'll explain" my mom said, trying to be gentle, "Maybe you two could go and have a run or something?" she asked me. "No, I want to stay, and explain with you" I said, looking at Angel, and walking over to hold her hand. Surprisingly she didn't let go. I mean, I thought she would, knowing I was a werewolf and everything...

*Angel's POV*

They sat me down on the sofa, and his mum started talking. "Okay honey, you know we're all werewolves, but there is more to it that just that. Right, where shall we start?" she asked looking around. She nodded to herself and then started speaking again. "Werewolves have been around for ages. Before Christ in fact!" she said, seeing me about to ask how long they'd been around, "But, there have been other creatures roaming the earth also. Vampires for one! I know, I know, it's hard to believe, but trust me it's true! There are vampires at this very school, although those vampires are under the law of the werewolves. What else is there? Oh yes! MATES!" she exclaimed, knowing this was the bit I was most interested in. Even though I can't believe VAMPIRES exist! I mean, wow! Who knew? They definitely hide it well! "Mates are something that only happens between werewolves and vampires, or just werewolves. If, it's between a human and a werewolf it's trickier. The werewolf would have to explain everything I'm explaining to you now. Once a werewolf finds his mate, he cannot love another. All he sees is his mate. It's a bit like man and wife, but with more love. Definitely more love, in a marriage there is nothing stopping you from cheating, but if you have a mate, and then you would probably die if you cheated. A werewolf can't live without his/her mate. I'm surprised you haven't figured this out sooner." She exclaimed once more, throwing her arms out for more emphasis. "And lastly, you change into a werewolf on your eighteenth birthday. You might not even know you're a werewolf before that! It does happen...we find young werewolves all over the place who don't understand what's going on. On the day of your eighteenth birthday you won't feel to good. I guess that's an understatement! You have a deep pain in your abdomen, it feels exactly like giving birth! You'll spend the day in bed, and at around 5pm you will start to change, all in all the actual swapping into a werewolf lasts around 5 minutes, but it hurts too much to even explain! Luckily though, the pains in your stomach don't start until around 4pm anyway, so you will have the morning and some of the afternoon to enjoy your birthday!" she said, pausing, and then looking at Sam and Derrick. "Okay honey, this is going to be a shock, alright?" she asked me. I nodded and looked her in the eyes; she took a deep breath, and then spoke words I will never forget. "You're a werewolf; you'll turn for the first time on your birthday. I'm so sorry honey."

Cliff-hanger, again!!! This was an important chappy in the story, so it took me forever, I had to keep deleting it and starting over!!!  Hoped it was good! Comment, vote, fan!
