Mia^^^^^^

"Mia! Your going to be late!!"
"Ok! I'll be right down!" I finished putting my mascara on, then lipgloss. I look at myself in the mirror, looking at my long brown hair neatly tucked behind my ear, my smooth lips now shining with cherry lipgloss and my big blue eyes with black eye liner. I pulled up my sleeve, looking at the scarred rough skin that lies beneath. 38. 38 cuts last night. I don't even know why I did that much, I just felt sad, but I shouldn't . I pull down my sleeve, and I grab my bag, and ran down stairs. The smell of coffee and bacon sits in the air. Mason, my twin brother, is sitting on the stool at the kitchen counter studying, of course. Probably studying for the big exam test we have today, which I completely forgot to study for. "Hey Mia, could you pass me that pencil?" asked mason politely. He is usually nice to me when mom is around. I grab the pencil off the counter and hand it to him with my arm that is perfectly clean. Just in case my other sleeve came up on accident.
"Thanks"
"No problem" I say kinda tiredly.
"You need to eat sweetie" says my mom. She is a health freak. Always eating fruits, vegetables and that sort of thing. And don't forget, always going to the gym down the street before work.
"Mom, I'm not hungry. I'll take a banana or something." I try to eat less as possible. I don't like eating that much, everything tastes the same. But i have to eat healthy, to keep my body shape everyone expects. Yes, the most "popular" girl in school isn't perfect, but everyone thinks that. I look out the window, "Mason, the bus is here" I say, grabbing my bag and reaching for my breakfast. I put a big, teethy smile on my face and I go out the door, mason following. I get on the bus, sitting in the back. "Hi Mia!" "Hey Mia, you didn't text me last night!" "Mia, are you ready for the exam?" "Mia, what was the 3rd question on the math homework?". This is what I usually got in and out of school. Everyone expects so much from me too often. Without sounding annoyed, I answer everyones questions and i put my earbuds in, listening to Lana del Rey the whole way to school. I hate rding the bus.
