Definition: The user can cast a spirit that resembles a dragon out of the ground, water, fire, or air. Wherever the soul is summoned is what kind of soul it is. A soul that was summoned from the ground is called Earthquake, the Earthquake soul can pass through the target and make them have a feeling of the ground shaking or the target falling. The soul the summoned out of fire are called Phoenix. Phoenix's can burn the target and give them a fever. The soul summoned from water is called Glacier, Glacier's can freeze a target and drown them. Finely the souls summoned from the air are called cloud's, cloud's can make the target Flout or throw them back a few feet.
Drawback: the dragons/souls can only be summoned if the user is near fresh dirt, clean water, blue fire, or in a cloudy day. The user can only use one dragon, they could use two / witch would just be a mix with two dragons, for example wind and earth, tornado/ but the user can will be too weak to use their quirk for 24 hours.
Mixes:
earthquake and cloud: tornados and motion sickness
Phoenix and earthquake : lava burst and ash
Glacier and earthquakes : quicksand
Phoenix and glacier: frost fire / super cold fire/
Phoenix and cloud: sand storm and fire sparks
Glacier and cloud: small tsunamis
