Definition: the users finger tips leave paint marks of hard surfaces. Each fingertip is a different color. The paint on them can glow in the dark and can shoot out to make painted strings that can pull the user around, the can attract back to there fingertips when the please.
Drawback: these strings can get cut by really sharp items, the string is stronger then it looks but it can break if someone tries hard enough. When they break they do heal in about a month
