Ink has only ever met Error in battle, and he wonders if there's a nicer side to him. So, he throws Dream into the Anti-void with Error and locks them both in there for a year, just to see what would happen.
"So just...go and talk to him?" "Exactly!" Ink smiled. "What's the problem?" Dream looked at his friend skeptically. "Nothing, just how you expect me to waltz into your archnemisis' home and demand to talk to him." "It's not like that. Error can't kill you, you're both gods." "Doesn't mean he won't try..." "If things get bad, you can call me, okay?" "...alright...is this your plan or Asy's?" "100% mine." Dream sighed and made a portal to the Anti-void, praying to whatever was responsible for his life and death to not let him die. The sheer emptiness of the place struck him first. Entirely white, with the exception of Error's strings high up in the 'ceiling' of the place. Error himself was on the floor, hunched over some project or another. Dream cleared his throat, shifting uncomfortably from foot to foot. Error turned. "D0 y0u NeEd $0MeTh!nG?" "Uh...I wanted to talk to you." "@b0uT?" "Uh...please don't kill me." "! d0n'T p/@N 0N !T..." "Okay, thank you. Ink sent me to ask you not to destroy any more AU's..." "@nD hE d!dN't Te// Me H!M$E/F bE<@u$e?" "I...don't really know." Error huffed, putting whatever he had been working on into a portal. "Y0U kN0w Wh@t ThE b@/@n<e !$ R!GhT?" "Yeah?" "ThEn Y0U kN0W ! C@n'T." "It was worth a shot." Dream turned to leave, summoning his magic...and nothing happened. "Uh...it won't let me leave." "Y0Ur M@G!< mU$t H@Ve BeEn DeP/EtEd. /eT mE tRy..." Error closed his eyes. His glitches got stronger. "Wh@t ThE..." "What's wrong?" "!t'$ $e@ted u$ !n..." "I'll call Ink..." Dream hurriedly tapped on Ink's contact, hitting the green phone next to it. Ink picked up immediately. "Sorry." "Sorry what? Ink, it-the anti-void won't let us out. Could you open a portal?" "Uh...no. I sort of made a deal with your brother that if you two could get along for a year, we'd all stop fighting. So...you're stuck with him! I'll make sure you have anything and everything you need. Warm up to him!" "WHAT?!?"
