Chapter 8

I made Mic call the guys so that we could go jogging.  It was eight in the morning so i don't know why the guys were complaining except for Fres. I was right next to me as we were jogging.  "So why are jogging this early morning? "He asked.  I looked behind me and watched how the rest of the guys started walking. "I need to get you guys in shape and exercising can sharpen your minds." i replied.

"Ok guys we can rest here for ten minutes. "I said as we stopped in front of the beach.  I sat on a bench and watched how everyone was having fun. Fres decided to sit Next to me. "So what is your plan for us?"fres asked.
"Just watch and see."i replied.

Three weeks has past and competitions came by but all of highflyers has been losing. I noticed that the guys have not been in the game. I knew why Double was not been focusing.  But wat about Mic , King and Rush. Fres seems ok. So i don't need to focus on him that much.

Today i was going spend my whole day with Mic. I had a strange feeling his issue had to be about grandpa. Grandpa was going back to Singapore tomorrow so i thought grandpa, the brothets and i were going to the movies. Kim is the one who chose the movie. He wanted a horror movie. I told him it was a bad idea but Kim wouldn't listen. Boki bought us popcorns and candys. I sat in the middle of grandpa and Mic.

The movie was finish. We all then entered a restaurant near the cinema.  We took a seat. Kim ordered first, then grandpa. Boki was about to order but he got a call. Mic just ordered a fruit drink. I ordered chips with chilly chicken. 

"Grandpa why do you think highflyers are not doing great?"i asked. I kew very well Grandpa has been watching. Mic"s games. Mic didn't know that his grandfather respected him. "Well the players seems really distracted. They need to put their heads together. "grandpa said staring at Mic. I smiled as i ate my food. Thanks grandpa i thought in my head. Boki then joined us and he ordered himself food. So did Mic. He ordered the same food as mine.  "Sofi i will be leaving tomorrow. Even though you are the youngest i want you to take care of your brothers."he said. I nodded my head. The whole day we talked about games . i was surprised Boki also joined the conversation.

I asked Mic to give me Rush's home address.  Today was Rush's day. Boki went to drop grandpa to the airport.  Mic and Kim ere going grocery shopping.  I didn't want to join. I had more important things to focus on.

I stoof in front of a double story house. I rang the bell and the door opened.  Infront of me stood a little girl. She looked about nine. Sje had long black hair and eyes just like Rush.  "Hello i am Timme. Who are you?" She asked. I smiled at her. "I am Sofi and i am looking for Rush." I replied.
"Daddy!"she shouted. I could hear someone running down stairs. Rush immediately appeared infront of me. I stared at him and then his daughter. "Sofi? Please come in.im and Timme stepped back as he said.

"Timme go up to your room." Rush said.

Rush walked me to the sitting room. I took a seat and watched as Rush did the same facing me. "You have a cute daughter. S is her mother around? "I asked.  "She ran away after giving birth to Timme." He said. I felt guilty for asking. "Rush i came here to ask you what your problem is with King?" I asked him.

"King if going to and is already making this team to its feet. "Rush said.

I stared at Rush for a couple of minutes taking in everything in. "So you blame King for all your loses. To be honest Rush you too have been bringing your team down.   Maybe is because you so focused on others then yourself.  Your have a beautiful daughter who looks up to you and you must start doing the same. Here take this. It is a ticket to the movies. Kim and i wanted to go there later. But you and Timme can go there and the ticket says you can get free food. "I said as i handed him the ticket.  The same ticket Kim won at the movies. yesterday.
