Chapter 6

Even though i didn't want Fres to do something special for me to forgive him i wanted to hang out with him. Fres drove away as we left Kim standing next to his car. "So where would you like to go to?" He asked ,smiling. I shrugged my shoulders. "It's ok i know a place." He said.

Fres stopped the car in front of a outside restaurant. We got out of the car and took a seat under a huge umbrella.  This place was crowded. "I know this place is not fancy but the food you will die for ." He said. I just smiled but in the inside i was feeling uncomfortable. A lady walked towards us . She had long red hair and light brown eyes. "Hi Nia, how have you been. Since when did you start working here too?" Fres asked. Nia stared at me for a while and it was making me feel more uncomfortable.  "While i need to make a lot of money for a friend i know's operation and the my journalist career is not helping out so that is why i took a second job. So what would you and the lady want." Nia said. Fres starred at me but i told him i would take whatever he takes. "The usual. "He ordered. She then walked away. "Oh that is Nia King's childhood friend." Fres said as he noticed that i was staring at her. I just smiled at him.

I stuffed my mouth with chicken as i was listening to Fres's jokes. "Hey you should have become a comedian." I said.
"No way. If i had to be a comedian no one would take me seriously not even you." Fres said. I just smiled at him.

The sun finally set and where still at the same please and i have been getting messages from Kim telling me to get home immediately.  That i am a lady and lady is not supposed to be out this late. I couldn't believe Kim. I just ignored it and continued my conversation with Fres. We were then interrupted by Fres's phone ringing.  He then answered it. "Hey Kim." Fres said .I was shocked and embarrassed at the same time. "Yes Kim i am bringing her home right away. "He said. He then cut the call. I covered my face with my hands. Seriously Kim i thought to myself. I could hear Fres laughing. "Come on let me get you home." Fres said.

We sat in the car in silence but i knew Fres was laughing in the inside. Must Kim make me look like a little girl in front of my date. Wait it was not a date or was it? Fres stopped the car in front of the house and i stepped out of the car. "Sofi thanks for the date."Fres said. I stared at him in shock. I didn't notice that Kim came out of the house and dragged me inside. He thought it was a date so he likes me.  I screamed so loud that Kim immediately let go of me. I jumped like a bouncing ball. Kim just stared at me confused. "Sofi are you ok?" He asked. I just kept on smiling and shaking my head . "No brother i feel like my head is going to explode! "I shouted.
"What did that loser feed you." Kim whispered to himself. He feed me myself no one has. He is the first person who was interested in me.

I was singing as i got dressed. I wore a green dress which was tucked into my mini green jean skirt. I wore my black takkies .

I got into the kitchen and i bumped into grandpa there.  "Morning grandpa.  What are you doing up this early morning. "I said smiling. He showed me a coffee mug. He asked if i wanted coffee but i said no. "Who is the lucky guy?" Grandpa asked. I stared at him in shock. How did he know. "Old age. Don't forget i had a daughter so i would know. So who is he?" Grandpa asked.
"His name is Fres. He is a real gentleman. "I replied. As soon as i was done talking Kim walked in with an angry facial expression. "No way is my sister and that loser going to be together. "Kim said. Grandpa stared at him saying nothing. "Kim are you okay?" i asked.
"Yes i am but are you okay? "He asked.
"Why are you asking me this? "I asked confused.
"Well because you just met the guy and you have started falling for him already. You know nothing about him or his background. "Kim replied. "Then tell me what is his background? "I asked. Kim just shrugged his shoulders and walked out . Grandpa then started laughing. "Grandpa that was not funny. "I said. Grandpa rubbed my hair and walked out of the kitchen. What just happened.

As i stepped out of the house and i bumped in King and he had an angry facial expression on. "If you don't care about your image but i do! "He shouted. I stared at him confused. First it was Kim now King. "What are you talking about? "I asked. King got a hold of my arm and pulled me into his car. He then closed the car and then entered the driving seat and locking the doors. "what is wrong with you! "I shouted. I was screaming but King just ignored me as he drove the car.

King finally stopped in the middle of nowhere. All i could see was trees and flowers. King got out of the car and dragged me out. "You dirty pig let go of me!" i shouted and he did so as i was out of the car. "Ahhhh!" He screamed. The first thought that came in my head. I am surly dead and will bury my body here where no one can find me.

"King what is the meaning of this?" i asked. King tooked out his phone and showed me an article online. I grabbed his phone from him and started reading the article. It stated that i am a slut who is fooling two most well known guys. My eyes was about to fall out. I strolled up to see who this journalist was who wrote this nonsense. It was none other then Nia, King's childhood friend. "Look here i already have people eho talk bad about me but i don't want more gossips about me. I don't care who you hang with but don't do it publicly. My image is on the line because of you." King said , he then entered his car and drove off leaving me in the middle of nowhere.

This place was so strange,there was no sign of cars. I have been walking for hours and there seem to be no signal on my phone. The sun was already setting. I sta on the rock and started crying. "Which i didn't go near that stupid door! I wouldn't be in this horrible world in the first place!" I shouted then it started pouring heavily rain. I then screamed and started crying.

I was shivering badly. My eyes was feeling heavy. Is this how my life will end. I then noticed a car light. The car stopped next to me and King stepped out of the car. "Come on in." H said and i did as i was told. I wanted to get out of this place.
