There was a bundle of papers in a transparent L-folder kept as a bookmark to that entry. I could read:



The agreement to sell is made on 18th October 1999.

The absolute owner in possession is the first party Rebecca Grace.

The agreed property is being sold by the first party with all the rights, and with the consent of all heirs to second party who has agreed to buy this property for a total consideration of 2.39 Mn only on the following terms and conditions:-

I, Mr/Ms/Mrs     Rebecca Grace    , wife of       Arthur Grace     , resident of          Raheja High           , by religion         nil         , do hereby revoke all my previous Wills (or) Codicils and declare that this is my last Will, which I make on this date. My Date of Birth is 17th October 1977.

I declare that I am in good health and possess a sound mind. This Will is made by me without any persuasion or coercion and out of my own independent decision only.

I appoint Ms       Amber Grace       Son/daughter of       Arthur Grace         , to be the executor of this Will.

I bequeath the following assets to my daughter Ms Amber Grace

1. Residential Plot no. D-1001    , located at     Raheja High       .

2. My car with registration no. 113469-Df

3. My mutual fund investments with folio numbers Saarc-567 and Aga78

4. Any other asset not mentioned in this Will but of which I am the owner.

All the above assets are owned by me. No one else has rights on these properties.

We hereby attest that this Will has been signed by  Rebecca Grace as his last Will in the joint presence of himself and us. The testator is in sound mind and made this Will without any coercion.
