"So, I guess we can call that a day. According to the paper work from Lady Hokkage, you begin your ninja training tomorrow." Iruka puts the clipboard with the papers under his arm. "Do you have any experience in ninja training?"
"I began my training as soon as I could walk and have trained my entire life."
Iruka took Calista to their training fields. He motions his way to make his way back into the village. "Really? That's impressive. Well, training should be easy. Then again, does the Hokkage know you're a seasoned ninja?"
"She does," says Calista walking by his side.
"What's the point of training then, if you know the basics."
"I know the basics of the Lightning ninjas. Every nation, every village, every clan have their own style of fighting. If I'm going to be fighting along side the Leaf ninjas then I have to know how you operate in battle. Besides, a refresher wouldn't hurt. Let's just say it's a been way to long since I even used the most basic of jitsus."
Iruka looks down at her. "How is that possible? A ninja who doesn't use basic jitsu?"
"We weren't typical ninja. I was prohibited from using most skills the majority of the time."
"Why's that?"
She laughs. "Let's just say our goal was never to harm to kill anyone."
He smiles at her charm and conversation becomes something more generic.
"Alright," says Iruka as they approach head quarters. "It's only day one of thirty but I'm pleased to report that there are no suspicions or red flags in my report."
"Well, that's good to hear."
"We're not too far from your home, I can walk you back to your home. I won't be long in HQ."
"No, that's okay. I think I know my way back. Anyways, a little trial and error never hurt anyone. That's the best way to learn, after all."
"If you're sure."
Calista nods.
"The villagers here are nice so they would be only glad to help you," says Iruka.
"Thanks, Iruka. See you tomorrow."
He gives her a little wave before he enters HQ to conclude his day.

Calista has no trouble finding her way back. She even stopped to a local produce stand that was on her way and got some groceries. When she arrived home, she made something to eat but the sunlight made her restless. She is in a new village that she would like to explore a little longer. She changes her clothes and pins her hair up then proceeds to take an evening stroll around the village. She is only pleased that her walk was interrupted by curious locals who wanted to know about her.
"I guess I should call it a night," she says noticing the moon hanging over the mountain tops.
She wasn't scared or uncomfortable on her walk back home. She knew this village was safe as it is known for its low crime rate and friendly citizens. With that being said, she felt very aware of the novelty. That's not the reason she is alert though. She wasn't sure initially but after some time, she is positive she is being trailed.
She stops and so does the footsteps.
"You have been following me for some time. Can I help you with something?"
She turns around. Not a stranger but rather, strangers. Two men.
"No, no. We don't mean no harm," says one waving his hands as he approaches her. "Though you don't look familiar."
