'Tell me again, who are these people mum?'
'Not people, just Anne and her son. They just moved back. Nasty, nasty business with her ex-husband. I haven't seen her in forever... I miss her.'
'Did you go to school with her or something?'
'Yeah, or something... Hurry! The dishes Louis!'
Louis' house was busier than normal, filled with anticipation. All his sisters running around, Fizzie was helping Mark with the barbacue, Lottie was preparing the salads with mum, and the twins were in the honorable charge of the seating arrengement.
It was a perfect day to be outside, to enjoy the sun and the warm breeze.
As it wasn't already a perfect day for Louis. Early workout session turned into a makeout session. He still couldn't find an explanation for what just went down an hour ago. What did that lad saw in him? Louis knew what he saw in Harry, intense green eyes, supercute dimples, brown shiny curls to his shoulders, pink velvet lips, a jaw carved by the gods, he made him laugh so much...
'Earth to Louis! Earth to Louis!!!!'
Lottie caught him so off guard that he dropped the dish he was holding just to catch it five centimeters before it touched the ground.
'I'm sorry Lou! What planet were you on?'
'Ah, it's fine, don't worry.'
'Can you go get the door please? We're all hands on deck.'
'Did the bell ring?'
'Lou are you high?'
'Lottie!'
'Lou! The door! Chop, chop! Are you sure you're not high?'
Louis gives up and sprints through the garden where they were setting the table and chairs to the front door.
'Sorry that we kept you waiting miss...'
Louis eyes almost jumped out of his orbits. Outside the door was a certain green eyed lad, in a half unbuttoned white flowy blouse and jean shorts. The shock in Harry's face was quickly replaced with a wide smile full of pearly teeth. To his left, a gorgeous woman was standing there, now he knew where Harry got the looks from.
'No need for formalities! Just call me Anne. This is my son Harry. I don't know if you've already met?'
'No.' Louis blurted.
'Yes.' Harry said smiling.
Shit. Fucking Harry Styles.
'Well, we haven't propper met.'
'Yeah, that's true, not propper.' The sparkle in Harry's eyes was somewhat dangerous and it made Louis blush furiously.
'Are you alright, son?' Said Anne concerned at Louis' face turning a deep shade of red.
'Yes, just the hot, I mean the heat, so sunny today! Such a good day. Please come in! Everyone is outside, this way.'
'Thank you dear, oh, do you think you could guide Harry to your kitchen? These should go on the fridge until it's time.' She was pointing at Harry's arms, that were carefully balancing two neatly wrapped packages, one in each hand.
'No problem, we'll be right there.'
'Anne!' Louis' mum just threw herself at the woman's arms. It seemed an intimate moment and the boys left quietly, Harry following Louis into the kitchen.
'Gimme that.' Louis said, taking the packages from Harry's hands and putting them safely in the fridge.
'So you haven't met me propper...'
