As Herain returned back to White Wisteria, she immediately went to her room and opened her laptop
A while later she stretched up her arms then went to the bathroom and soak herself in the bathtub
"All I need left is a back-up information" Herain mumbled under her breath
After Herain was done washing up, she glanced over her phone and there was a missed call from Elayne
Herain called back but no one answered
Just then, Vivian suddenly knocked on her door with a worried voice saying "Miss something happened to Secretary Elayne's mother"
"Come in, what is it?" Herain asked
"Secretary Elayne's mother just died" Vivian replied
Herain heaved a low sigh as she said "I know she didn't have a lot of time left but it's still hard to accept it"
"Where is Elayne right now?" Herain asked
"It just happened so Secretary Elayne must still be in the hospital" Vivian replied
"Take me there" Herain stated
When Herain arrived at the hospital, she immediately went to the private room Elayne's mother was in
As she opened the hospital door, her gaze landed on Elayne who was sitting beside an empty hospital bed
Herain walked towards her and sat beside her
She placed her hand on Elayne's back and gave it a gentle pat
Elayne looked at her with a smile as she said "Now she won't suffer in here right?"
Herain hugged Elayne as she said "Now she can rest in peace knowing you have already grown into such a strong woman"
Elayne held on tightly to Herain as tears started falling in her eyes
After crying in Herain's arm, Elayne calmed herself down and wiped her face
"I'm sorry I dirtied your dress" Elayne stated
Herain smiled as she said "Don't worry about such trivial things, is there anything I can help you with?"
Elayne shook her head as she replied "Don't worry, I'll be fine"
Herain smiled as she said "Call me if you ever need my help"
Elayne nodded her head with a smile on her face
After Herain accompanied Elayne on her mother's embalming, she returned back to White Wisteria
It was already dark when she returned and as she entered, Rhaveir was already in the kitchen making their dinner
"I just came back from accompanying Elayne on the hospital" Herain uttered as she walked towards him
"I've been informed, do you want to eat first or wash up?" Rhaveir asked
"I'll go wash up first" Herain replied then walked away
After Herain was done washing herself, she went down to the dining room and the chicken cordon bleu was already neatly placed on the table along with some freshly sliced apples
"It's my favorite" Herain uttered with a smile
Rhaveir pulled the chair for Herain then he placed the chicken cordon bleu in her plate
Herain took a bite at it and immediately smiled at its finest and tasty flavor
"Did you just learned this?" Herain asked as she stuff another one in her mouth
