Ten

Ever since she was born the hospital always said that she wouldn't survive in the world, her body will always be too fragile to handle anything. She never saw her father much and when she did it was always her mother yelling at him, he took everything for granted, he had money so he didn't see the problem in anything until she left and his daughter got sick. The rest of her life was a conga blur, the same steps were repeated everyday, just like when she was born she was trapped in another building that wouldn't let her out.

Transferred from hospital to hospital wasn't even her fault, her father had to take very long trips for his work and he didn't want her to stay somewhere without him so she was made to go which resulted in jumping from hospital to hospital until they came back to Japan. Doctor Naoya took care of her ever since then, she caught word of her father remarrying someone and with the snap of her fingers he no longer came to see her. Doctor Naoya and the others would come to check up on her but she rarely ever spoke, then Kusuo came into her life.

Everyone left her in the end so she saw no reason to accept him, he told her when he would come and the days he wouldn't be able to. He kept this promises to her but Sora still didn't trust him, her father promised the same thing as he did. She strangely started to trust him more as days went by and before she knew it Kusuo was the first person actual person who wanted to stay by her side.

Sora stared at the ceiling with a hint of happiness in her eyes, the only happy memories she held were the ones that involved Kusuo. All Sora about love were the shows that got aired on the tv, she more clueless to things she then she would have liked. She looked down at the plushy by her side before her eyes started to close due to exhaustion, she was getting more tired which meant her end is right around the door.

'Thanks for everything Kusuo-kun, I'm glad you stuck by my side until the end'

He couldn't believe it. She was fine when he left last night.

Doctor Naoya became too upset to face him and turned away, his footsteps retreated as Kusuo stood frozen in his place.

'I'm sorry but Sora passed away this morning'
