I cry because I'm human
I cry because being strong is too hard
I cry cause my tears are words that can't be expressed
It's just that tears roll down
Involuntary, natural reflex
I cry cause I hurt and carry soo much pain
I cry cause that's the only language ive known
That keeps me going
I cry cause I feel like life is unfair
I cry cause I'm afraid to take chances
I'm afraid to go all out there
I cry cause I'm lonely frustrated and bent
I cry cause I didn't deserve it
A life of torment
I cry cause no one understand how it really had me
I cry cause I was exposed to things I had no business in
I cry cause it's a chain a cycle I want to break
I cry cause only pain and emptiness I have gain
I cry cause the world don't comprehend how much I have going on
I cry cause it's all on me and I'm built to be strong
I cry cause I'm tired of putting on faces
Wearing dresses, going different places
I cry cause I don't see my life without water
Life without tears and only short laughters
I cry cause I'm black and it's a crime to even act-BLACK
I cry cause my blackness is defined by the way I dress and the way I look
The amount of blackness I have describe beauty wow- The way I look?
I cry cause blackness is an expression I'm a whole MOOD
I cry cause people take my BLACK LIVES because we are not suppose to
To live, work, have a job
They changed our minds our feelings our brain
But I'm a black man that want to retake and regain.
I cry cause I see a light blotted by illusion
That the black race isn't good enough that's just a mental crucifixion
I cry cause there is so much pain and hurt
And cry cause- I just cry....
