Arriving home from the Sidemen house, I felt like absolute shit. My body ached, my head was spinning from all the emotions and all I wanted was to fall on my bed and sleep for a week.
That however, was seemingly not going to be possible when four sets of eyes turned to me as I walked through the door. George and Alex jumped off the couch to ran over to me, engulfing me in a three person hug.
"Finally! Where were you?" Alex asked.
"Yeah no shit, I had to look after this lightweight on my own," George followed, nodding towards Alex and laughing.
"Umm I," I started. My gaze went to Will and James on the couch. Will wasn't even looking at me, and was making himself busy in his phone. James was just sat staring at me and looking, kind of angry? "I ended up staying at the house, it was a big night and I was way too drunk to head home." I loosely explained, telling the truth but leaving out major details.
I walked over to the couch and grabbed the Star Wars mug that I knew would be Alex's and had a sip of his coffee, sighing and the delicious taste and the warmth it brought to my mouth.
"So did you fuck Harry?" George asked bluntly, causing me to choke on the coffee and have a coughing fit.
"Um, nah," I lied. "Later in the night," I emphasised the later, knowing Will would know it meant after what had happened. "We literally just spent the night talking. I know we were kind of flirty at the party but we both mutually believe we are just good friends, and honestly I'm glad we had that chat." I explained.
Alex and George nodded, none the wiser to what had happened. James looked almost relieved. What the fuck was his problem? And Will seemed to almost breathe out a breath he had been holding in.
"Anyways I'm gonna go sleep, but James can I talk to you," I said standing up after James nodded. "Goodnight guys!"
"It's 3pm you lazy fuck, but goodnight!" George yelled back, met with laughter from Alex.
Once we were in my room, I turned around to face James, hands on my hips and ready to explode.
"Go on then, explain that text and the very confusing looks you've been giving me since I got home," I demanded, with a hushed voice as to not let to boys hear.
"Will told me everything," James started, leaning back against the door a crossing his arms. "He was talking to me about it because he was confused, and then he was ready to make peace with you and we checked snap map to see if you were home so he could talk to you and you were still at the house like six hours later and he got angry and called off the peace."
I was fuming. "And what about your text?"
"I sent that because I was annoyed that you didn't just come home after, like Will. Like he was ready to make things right and you stayed with Harry."
"Are you fucking kidding me? Why is Will's actions and feelings the only ones being taken into consideration here? I stayed with Harry because yes Will left, but he did it without saying goodbye, without saying anything really, and after breaking my glasses. That made me feel like shit, so yes I stayed in the comfort of my FRIEND!"
"Well you could've messaged him," James retorted.
"And he could've message me! I would've been happy to make peace but you and him jumped to your stupid fucking conclusions and ASSUMED I was still fucking my mate. Also, how fucking dare you get involved. You weren't there, and you think you can stand here and judge ME for where I stayed last night? You need to give you're head a wobble mate because that's fucked," I finished, not realising I was full blown yelling.
